“Always quick and easy to work with. They know everyone by name and have your mail ready as soon as you walk in. Everyone is so nice… one time when my little car got stuck in a big puddle at the end of the food lion parking lot while I was trying to turn onto the main road, they actually came out and two of them helped me push my car over the bump. Something to be said about small towns and good people.”

“I want to send a big "Thank you!" to Ashley, who works at this post office. We were staying at a nearby campground, and our mail was delayed/lost, and did not arrive before we were due to leave the campground and move on. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and sent it on to me at a further destination once it did eventually arrive in Dutton. Her communication with me was prompt, and she followed through with my situation and let me know when my mail had arrived safely at my next destination. She filled me with confidence in dealing with this worrisome issue. Thank you again, Ashley...you are quite an asset to Dutton AND the Postal Service!”

“This PO, by far, is my favorite PO, even though I have never stepped foot in it or even seen it! I mail a lot of packages for a small online business and my husband works close to this PO, so I get him to mail my packages there. The Postal Worker, D. will only use her first initial is so friendly and always goes out of her way to help him with my packages. She has even given me tips on how to mail successfully. What makes this unique is that I live in Newport News and the PO's here can't even compare. When I mail something on this side it goes to three sorting facilities before even leaving the area. At Wicomico, it goes out same day, usually morning that mailed and arrives at destination a whole day to two earlier. Also NN PO doesn't scan info most of time correctly and doesn't show online. I would definitely use this as my go to PO for any postal needs. Thank all of you!”
“I am running an eBay store and come here most days with a shipment. I’ve never had a problem with a shipment. Honestly I have no idea why there are bad reviews here. Note that delivery problems that happen outside of Gloucester have nothing to do with the office, and the office shouldn’t get bad reviews for outside problems.”

“True hometown feel. Employees always have a smile, happy to see you and are pleasant. They keep the area clean and you can sense they enjoy helping/serving their customers. Much better than Main Post Office staff. Everytime I went to Main PO, felt like i was an inconvenience to their day. White Marsh PO is a hidden GEM that I really shouldn't be advertising ... so stay away ... lol”
