It was a great experience from beginning to end! I purchased a Tonneau cover for my truck. They showed me 4 or 5 that they had on the showroom floor, explained the ends and outs for each, i made my decision, ordered it and went back 4 or 5 days later for the installation. No problems, No issues! Everyone in the shop was an absolute blast! I was in “stitches” the entire time, especially when Jeremiah showed up. OMG, i never stopped laughing the entire time?
I Highly Recommend Power Trucks, USA!

Didn't follow instruction paid alot money took 12hrs to install a radio and amp and4 speakers were suppose to wire back speakers but didn't ,wire for bass speakers but didn't paid 2350 dollars. Highly disappointed

This place is a scam. I took my truck there for a 2 inch level and a mount and balance on my wheels. When I came to pick it up they had already put it in my head that the tires were going to vibrate because they were mud terrain tires and said they had balanced them. When I took them to another shop to have them balanced because the vibration was so bad I come to find out the balance was way off on all tires and that one of the tires is defective and unable to be balanced so now Ive spent over $1000 for something that was supposed to be a $500 job

Have used them for the ifes Ford and now my sons Ram, very happy with their work and prices. Good communications, they had some parts misses but made them right and timley. I would recomend their service and will use them again.

Extremely happy with PTU and their team! Had them install a Uniden 885 CB/Scanner combo and a Uniden SDS200 Scanner, two wired speakers, wireless mic for the CB, kill switch on the dash for power to both units, drill mounted three antennas and installed a RetraxEQ automatic bed cover for the back. I was kept in the loop during the entire process, their ETA was spot on. The wires are all neatly hidden. Both units securely mounted. Highly recommend them for your vehicles!

Excellent shop, went above and beyond on a radio install on our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Pete kept us updated thru the process. Definitely will return if I need some work done on our vehicles.

Will never go back. yesterday I went in to order some step bars and the guy started helping me then he got a phone call and was talking for a good 10 mins on the phone. I get it, so I looked around he still talking on the phone. I walked out. He could at least kept looking stuff up on the computer for me but nope he was worried about talking on the phone. Ended up just ordering my own off Amazon.

Im new to Virginia and I had a great experience with Power Trucks. Even though I had peter order some parts for me and decided to go a different route Peter was very professional and returned the parts and fixed my truck in a day and the job was done correct and fast!
