“Amazing place. Amazing people. Amazing service! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our truck
started shaking violently at 70 mph 5 hours into a trip from NY to OBX. We limped it about 10 miles at 20 mph to WAS after a quick google search and based on previous reviews. Smoke was rolling out from behind the tire and the caliper had stuck to the rotor by the time we got there. They were sympathetic to our plight and replaced the rotors, calipers and pads at an incredible speed and price. (And they didn’t even have the parts in stock but had them delivered quickly). We were back on the road in less than 2 hours! We had 4 more hours to drive before we got to our non refundable hotel for the night. Everyone was so friendly while we waited, they felt like family. The lady at the front desk offered us soda, water and she even brought us her homemade cupcakes which were bakery quality frankly. We are so so grateful for all of them. Absolute angels. If I lived here I would never go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend!”

“HONEST SHOP!!
Brought my 2020 GLB in for A8 service interval. Generally this can be a $1500 service bill if everything on the Mercedes check list for A8 is completed. Shop said they will inspect all the items for this service interval and let me know what is actually needed. Got the call and everything on the check list was good and the only service needed at this time was an oil change. Suggested to revisit the list in 10k miles. I was charge $162 for the check up plus an oil change left very happy with a $242 bill instead of the $1500 potential bill.”
“My car was really smashed in from a rear end collision and Boggs put it back together like new!! They also handled all the very time consuming insurance business. This is the second time I’ve been rear ended and both times my car has looked perfect. These guys are really good and so nice!! If you want a great job, go to Boggs!!!”

Warrenton Toyota is not my local dealership, I chose to come here because they were the only dealership that I could find that had the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an internet inquiry and Matt responded quickly. He confirmed the vehicle details and we arranged a meeting for the next day.

“Recently had my vehicle inspected at another shop and had failed for rear brakes so I took it to Country Chevrolet‘s reconditioning center and Jarod took great care of me and got it into the shop as quickly as possible, rear brakes were replaced and has passed inspection and now has a freshly inspection sticker.

“Have to knock them down 1 b/c they don't participate in Carfax. I think Manassas is same owner and they also don't participate. I have to add the services manually and use/like Carfax to both track my own maintenance but evaluate used cars that I'm considering to make sure they were maintained.”
“Very nice. They Somewhat got alittle irrated when i asked questions. Big investment and wanted to get it right. No harm in that. Online posting wasnt correct. I felt that was wrong. Even contacted another dealership of theirs and it was the same way. It stated the car had things when it didnt. They said they had to look at buyers guide. Which you dont have acceas to. But overall ok. They Really didnt have time to show me everything about the car. That was alittle irratating. Look at the book they said.”

“Today was my first time having experience with Village body and paint shop. I had a great experience with this shop. I called and got in the same day and got my lock on my door checked out that was getting jammed up and not working properly by the owner. He was very honest with me on trying to fix the issue and didn’t try to get over on me with telling me something was wrong with it that wasn’t and helped me fix the issue in the most affordable way he could to help me. He is a very nice, respectful man, help me resolve the issue fast, knows what he is doing and does good quality work.”

“My 2014 Subaru Crosstrek's air conditioner had been slowly crapping out for the last couple of years and we finally decided that we couldn't suffer through another summer. After some troubleshooting on our part we dropped it off at Waterloo and had a diagnosis fairly quickly-she needed a new compressor, expensive but necessary!
They got my Subie fixed right up within a 24 hour period, when I was expecting her to be gone for a couple of days, and did a fantastic job for a fair price.

“I lucked out by finding Professional Car Care Center! One rainy Saturday night, my Honda Pilot died. I had it towed to this garage. I could not have picked a better service center.
