This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. The tellers at times can be touch over friendly customers. But, I guess it makes customers feel wanted. But, eats into other customers' time. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience at this bank. The staff, other than tellers, was super helpful.

I'm impressed with Truist. They are helpful, accessible, not long wait, efficient and professional. This branch has helped me solve a problem a couple times, including getting foreign currency deposited quickly.
