My husband had over 25,000 dollars in work done to a vehicle, not to mention our other cars. Our car was on their lot for over a year, waiting for them to finish. We got frustrated and told them we were coming to pick up the car and after pulling off from the lot, the radiator hose wasn’t hooked up when they removed the dash to replace our engine, they broke a knob connected to the heat, that was located in the back of the dashboard. There was a cable that was cut too short that gave us idol issues. We had to take the car for repair to another shop to fix everything which ended it costing us almost $3000. Contacted the owner and said he was gonna fix all the repairs however our car was already there for a whole year. Now our car backfires so we took it to another shop and they checked it and told us that the shop put in $2.50 injectors in a brand new S.S. Motor. again, I have told the owner this and he says he has no idea because his son did the repairs. After spinning so much money there and referring so many people the owner would not even pay the $3000 to have all this work done that was not done and now we have to replace injectors. I find this to be very horrendous. So today we get to see what else is hidden.What started as go buisness my husband ends up get bamboozled.

Never did give me how much it cost to fix three things to pass inspection. Had to go to another shop and that's how I was able to find out how much it would cost to fix. Then I went back to get the inspection sticker and they charged me a dallor for the sticker for which I had paid 20 for it. I will not refer them to any one. Plus seems that there always too busy to deal with anything. Never again

My hole family brings their vehicles here.
I've got a 2500 Chevy, 150 Ford Brothers got a ram dad's got a Hyundai and sister-in-law has a Subaru, they are all good mechanics and have never had a problem with a repair.
This is the place that I would send my girlfriend and not worry about them taking advantage or anything like that they're clean respectful, professional and they do a damn good job.
Their customer service is also really good it's gotten to the point to where we don't necessarily need to talk. they've taken the time to get to know me and family and they know what I want and how I want it done, they understand my priorities

Broadview is a group of true professionals. Whenever I have problems I’m not confident I can fix myself I drop it off there. They are completely trust worthy if they say something needs to be done it most certainly does. For instance I replaced my entire exhaust. Afterwards I thought the manifold was leaking I had no more time or energy to invest. I brought it to Broadview and they took a look and ensured me I did everything right and not to worry. Any other shop would have considered raking me over the coals for the hell of it. I have been going there for three years now and they have earned my trust and recommend you let them earn yours. One other point is that the times I have been in there shop I noticed it is clean organized and the mechanics working seem happy and look and sound professional. Great place.

It was like destiny meeting this workshop. Everyone was nice and helpful they didn’t over charge me. I had a muffler problem as soon as I drove in from Ohio and I was headed to court, hit a bump and boom pipe got disconnected and started scraping the floor. Found this workshop I addressed my issue they took care of me in less than an hour. My car sounds so smooth and is way better now. A couple shops I went to in the city part of Virginia were charging 600-900 to fix the thing, but these folks really took care of me. Couldn’t be more happy. They went above and beyond and pumped my tires, balanced them and scanned for issues. God bless folks like you guys, and I wish nothing but the absolute best!

Oh my, what an awesome garage of professionals!!We had a horrific previous 36 hrs, then noticed a nail in our tire. We found this, what I consider the best run, most clean facility of its type ever, in my 79 years. They had us back on the road to Pennsylvania, 30 min after entering their door.Thank-you all!! ?
