I trusted the Caliber Collision name when I brought my car in for repairs over a month and a half ago, but this has been the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. It has already taken far longer than it should have, and on top of that, even after promising it would be ready on Wednesday, they have now pushed it back to Monday. These repeated delays, broken promises, and poor communication show zero professionalism or respect for the customer’s time. If this is how they treat customers who trust their brand, it’s a huge disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs.
Update (5 days later): They promised the car would be ready on Monday, but it’s still not done. Now they’re saying they can’t even fix it and will send it to Honda. Almost two month wasted, absolutely unacceptable.

Dave and his team at caliber collision were consonant professionals, highly recommend. They did outstanding job of repairing my Dodge Challenger after an unfortunate hit-and-run.

My family and I had terrifying experiences with Mario, one of the employees here, in addition to 2-3 other employees. We were informed our vehicle was confirmed to be fully equipped and that the safety concerns were properly resolved. It turned out those safety malfunctions of our vehicle did NOT get fixed, which placed our entire family in danger being put back on the highway for driving. This final experience with Mario and the 2-3 other employees at Caliber Collision, Warrenton location felt traumatizing to our family and we have unfortunately, decided to voice this safety concern and will not be returning for business

Very seldom write reviews but this place needs a shoutout!
A deer decided to put my beloved Tacoma off the road, ripped the front passanger wing almost clean off, headlight/foglight destroyed, fluids pouring, you get the picture.
The entire staff were beyond friendly the moment I walked in (they even have coffee and popcorn!), Dave and his team kept me updated every step of the way, and let me know the moment my truck was ready to collect.
The work is FLAWLESS, they went as far as to paint part of my door to help the colour match on the replacement wing/bumper etc.
They also check in Rental cars so you don’t have to mess around dropping off at the rental place and getting a ride to the shop.
10/10 in every aspect of my experience.
If your vehicle needs some work, THIS is the place to bring it!

Grossly overpriced! They provided an estimate that included $215 for a SPARE TIRE! Who pays that much for a spare? Completely ridiculous and a shady company.

After our car was damaged in a parking lot by another driver, we needed a service center to handle the repair. A local mechanic highly recommended Caliber Collision for their high quality work. We contacted Dave Johnson, the service advisor, who immediately set up an appointment to assess the damage and estimate the cost. Dave led the job with his team from start to finish and kept us informed of progress throughout the entire process. Overall, we were impressed by the expertise and professionalism and could not be more pleased with the impeccable results. Customer service was phenomenal and beyond compare. Price and service time were reasonable. Highly recommend!
