I took my Toyota to Caliber Collision in Gainesville, VA but it had to be transferred to Caliber in Warrenton for repair. It was left at Caliber in mid-November 2023 and returned Feb 22, 2024. The work appears to be satisfactory but 13 weeks for repair ??? I think the team a Warrenton are either severely understaffed or pathetically slow. The rental car expense was $3400 !!

I had repairs done recently on my bumper. They did an amazing job on my car and were also very responsive to all of my questions or concerns during the process. The staff was amazing as well. Best auto service I’ve had since moving here. Thank you to Stacy and Gwen for helping me through everything they were both so kind and more than helpful. A++ service !

From the amazing/kind receptionist Gwen to MY GUY Henry, this entire process was next level customer service! The texting update feature alone was top tier for me! Gwen and Henry even stayed after closing to be sure I was able to pick up my beautifully finished car after work!!!! I can’t thank you two enough for this exceptional customer service. 10/10 recommend you come to THIS Caliber Collision location only…I KNOW I WILL!!

Perfect place to take your car.. if you enjoy being scammed.I unfortunately was hit while driving home, and the other drivers insurance had me take my car here for an estimate. I dropped it off on a Monday, and was told I’d have an estimate by Wednesday. I was given a call Friday, which, no big deal that it was only two days after. I was immediately informed that my car has almost 8 thousand dollars worth of damage, which honestly surprised me as my car only had a dented bumper and still drove fine. Because of their assessment, insurance totalled out my car.Due to my husband being a mechanic and meticulously handling the car, insurance ended up giving us an awesome buy back deal. Well we decided to tow it to his shop to see if we could fix anything on our own. Imagine our surprise when we took off the bumper and… nothing. Mechanically the car was almost perfect. Just a few minor parts like the horn needed to be replaced.To be unbiased, we took the car to another mechanic shop to get another estimate. According to them, total repair would be $1900, and that included body work and paint. A full 6 thousand less than we were quoted here.Not only were we completely lied to and taken advantage here, but the staff here are something else. The mechanic was incredibly condescending to me when I came by to take the car home with me. He bluntly asked if I knew what I was doing or how to fix cars, and once I said my husband did, he continued to tell me that I was making a huge mistake. I had also asked if they had kept all the parts, such as headlights and plates, with my car and all he said was “well did you see them with the car? You should have looked in the backseat or trunk.”So now, instead of getting my car fixed normally, I now have a totalled out car that I either need to rebranded as rebuilt, or buck up and buy a new car. Instead of saving up for my child about to be born, we now have to spend this money on something that was completely unnecessary at this time.My Insurance and well as the other drivers insurance have both been made aware of this situation.

Okay so I was just in the area about a week ago and stopped in at this location to see about a getting an estimate. When I arrived and was walking into the office (that was empty) I could smell this strong odor coming from a car in the parking lot. I walk in and waited about 15/20mins till finally this lady comes in from outside (Stacy) and asked if I could be helped. I expressed that I’ve been patiently waiting to see about getting an estimate but seeing that smoking marijuana in the parking lot is more important than running an office or business to which she replied that it’s legal and that she runs this location how she wants. That being said I told her I would rather take my car elsewhere then to have her or your business touch my car. Stacy was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand marijuana maybe legal in the state but there is a place and time to do it. The parking lot of a business with customer waiting inside isn’t one of them. I’ve used caliber in the past but they will lose my business from here on out. I’ll be letting the corporate office know as well, that there employees feel entitled to disrespect customers.
