I went there to exchange cash for coins. The staff member named Sean told me he needed to check if they had enough coins available, so I waited—standing there for over 20 minutes in 85-degree heat with no AC. While I was waiting, I overheard a staff behind the counter whispering to him that they might not have enough coins for the exchange. I completely understand that—it happens.
What really upset me was when he finally came back and said, “We only provide coin exchanges for our business customers.” After making me wait so long under those conditions, that’s what you tell me?
I’ve done coin exchanges at Wells Fargo, PNC, Chase, and Truist before, and I’ve never experienced anything like this.
No wonder they have only 2.9 rate views, everything came out with reasons.

Worst bank ever. Customer service is lacking terribly. Every time I come here the tellers are unprofessional and lacking basic skills related to dealing with customers. I have only had 2 occasions where the service was okay and I have interactions multiple times a month. Capital One should shut this branch down and fire the whole crew.

I tried to get a secured credit card. I've been told if I want to increase my credit limit to 1000$ I should make a 100$ more deposit. Today when my debit card transaction has been rejected, I realized that they have deducted 800$ instead of 100$.
This is my only source of fund and this mistake is making my life miserable.
At least I've expected to receive a better customer service from Ceputal One bank while they even didn't apologize for their mistake.
It was very disappointing and I don't recommend their services.

Called to pay off credit card was given full amount to pay off and I ask would there be any additional interest because I wanted the card paid off entirely. I was told by the phone representative that what she gave me was the full amount to pay the card in full. Suprise !! Suprise!! I get another bill for $8.12 cents so I called and explained the situation This GREEDY GREEDY CAPITAL ONE would not ever waive the $8.12 amount and it was the representatives fault. DO NOT GET ANY CREDIT FROM THIS BANK THEY ARE WAY TOO GREEDY!! $8.00 REALLY GREEDY!!

No service at all. This Warrenton Branch is the worst bank we've ever tried to use. Fortunately, had a 5 star encounter with a young banker, Jackie, in Richmond at Cary Street. She needs to do customer service training at the branch in Warrenton.

We make more % in 1 month than we did in a year at Travis Credit Union in CA! Tellers like Travis rock I locked myself out of my account & he did it in 2 minutes! Score! Thank you
