This has to be the company with the absolute worst customer service! It has taken me 17+ hours on the phone talking to very underqualified service represenatives who continue to give wrong and inaccurate information. It should not take 17+ hours to order one prescription.

waiting over 8hrs for my meds, still not filled, still on hold for 37min to talk to a real person. If you need meds do not go to them! going to be a long long night till I can find another store to take care of me
