If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would.
Car Xpress in Fredericksburg was a huge disappointment. The dealership is run-down, looks nothing like the photos online, completely misleading and false advertising. From beginning to end, the entire experience was frustrating and lacked any sense of professionalism!!!
The sales rep, Fahhad Gilani, was especially uncommunicative and completely lacking in basic customer service skills.
Don’t be misled by the online images or empty promises. AND this establishment doesn’t provide warranty on any vehicles.
In my opinion, this place is a scam. Spare yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!!
