I've had my car serviced (for various reasons) 3 or 4 times at Chick's since moving to the area in 2022. I've found them to be very honest, helpful, and any repairs they've done have been done well. Wes is always so kind and a great point of contact. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was really disappointed with my last visit. In the past, they've been on point. But the last time, I took my Chrysler there because my front brakes were in very bad shape. I told them that, and you could basically hear the front grinding when I'd stop. They took a look, and told me the front brakes were fine (???). But my rear brakes needed to be replaced. It made no sense (at all) to me, but I said okay. After they replaced the rear- they called and said they were sorry- but it didn't fix the problem. Looks like it was the front brakes after all, and did I want them to replace them too? Huh??
He gave me a long story about why I didn't want to chance it, and why it's a good idea to replace them. So finally, knowing I needed front brakes the whole time- I said fine, go ahead. He said 'OH! I'm glad you said that! We already did. You can come get your car! That'll be $1300." They did the work without asking first, and then coaxed me into authorizing it- for more than double the cost I came in there for. And basically finagled me into getting work done that I didn't need. I really didn't appreciate that. Considering all of us don't have thousands of dollars to spend on repairs we didn't ask for.

If I could give them a 0 I would. We spent a total of $500 just to get my ac fixed. And it's still not fixed. I would think that a garage would at least check if the ac was working before stating the car is ready for pick up. The 1st time we drove away with the assumption the ac was fixed and it went back to warm air 5 minutes after leaving. The 2nd time which was this passed week I turned on the ac on the way home after leaving and it still wasn't working. I'm not bringing my vehicle back there and spending more money. You'd think that mechanics would have the capability to check if something was fixed before telling you to pick up your car, or they would check the issue first and call you with an estimate. Instead of you paying all this money out and it's still not fixed. I'm so disappointed

I just can’t say enough about how great this business is. I took my car in because I knew I may need a new oil pan. I was prepared to pay (very reasonable pricing here) but they informed me they didn’t have to replace it and there was an easier and less expensive fix. I’m sure there are plenty of mechanics who would have just replaced it and gone about their day but Chicks has always been a business of integrity and that’s why I continue to come here. The customer service is excellent as well! Love this place!

Ex wife took my son car in because I was out of town. They Gave her a list of what was wrong out of that list only one thing was correct. Will be going in to discuss this further with the paper work

I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. They took a look at my truck on a whim and let me know what was going on without any fuss and gave it to me straight. Can’t ask for more when it comes to a mechanic.

We’ve been using Chick’s for 5+ years now. I do a lot of repairs on my own vehicles but when it’s something I can’t handle, can’t figure out, or just don’t have time to deal with, Chick’s is always my go-to. They have fantastic mechanics and Wes is a great guy! I refer my kids and my friends to them all the time!Services: Tires

they’re super nice and honest! my car broke down and they weren’t able to fix what was wrong with it, so they told us straight up and didn’t charge us because they didn’t fix anything. I loved the honesty and I’ll definitely bring my car back !
