“It is one of the nicest American Legion's that we have visited. The bar stools where so comfortable...they made you want to stay all day. Lol. Staff was great and so was the food.”
“Its fun and there is alot of little shops an its quit compared to the city the town is little an old and everyone knows everyone an its a good place to live cause everything is near you but yet it feels like you in the country since its old and the architecture is old too but the houses are alot of money and there fany inside its like a rural look on the outside and urban-ish on the inside but not too modern its like fancy for a old era”
“This location has the best selection of tile I’ve found to date - made in Spain; Found a few very unique items that I simply had to have and the manager was so kind to work with me - they loaded my very heavy items with gentle handling, accompanied with a kind smile. They are simply the best! I’ll drive 40 minutes to support such folks! Definitely recommend!”
“I love going to thrift stores and finding bargains, getting harder to find those bargains anymore. Salvation Army was like another place I used to go, that no longer has the great bargains. You can find something sometimes though.”
“Loved the county fair... the food, atmosphere and general friendliness of the volunteers (huge thank YOU to the volunteers). Bring plenty of cash, your appitite and sunblock!
Don't forget to pick up bag(s) of kettle corn for later ??
This was a fun way to support the county. Our family enjoyed ourselves immensely!!”
