I recently had the pleasure of working with Country Chevrolet when purchasing my new car, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked into the dealership, they were warm and welcoming, and they took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. Throughout the entire process, Mike Brown was patient, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He took the time to explain all of the features and options available to me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. What really stood out to me was that Mike never once pressured me into making a decision or tried to upsell me on anything. J.C., Sam, and Arch are who a dealership need. These three men made a car buying experience what it is supposed to be. Fun, Exciting, Quick, Easy, Non Stressful, and the list goes on. I had shopped at MANY other dealers. Those experiences generated a degree of distrust, and pure hatred of anywhere selling cars. These three gents changed my outlook in 1 hour. We had seen Country Chevrolet online and on a whim (with pressure from my wife) made a visit. Straight forward, no secret "required" service crap for $2500. Just honest and positive. No pressure, no shady tactics. I've already shared our experience with neighbors and friends. It's rare that buying a car would actually become a joyous occasion but these guys and Country made it just that!!

I have an old truck, 2010, I knew it needed a lot of work, had it towed and then waited to hear back. I expected it to cost an astronomical amount. They called me the next day, as scheduled, and let me know it would be a huge experience and not worth the value of the vehicle. I was blown away by their honesty, some places will call say a few fixes and keep calling every few days "cause we found something else ". This did not happen and I truly recommend Warrenton Chevy.

In full transparency I had an awful experience with JC at Country Chevrolet, Brandon the sales manager personally reached out to me to see what they can do to make it right. He was personally dealing with me until the very end. Brandon passed me along to Jonah. Jonah was super responsive, texted me back almost immediately. Him and Brandon made a horrible situation into an absolute best situation possible. The dealer could've easily wrote me off at the start. Brandon and Jonah clearly showed they cared about a customer being happy. It goes a long way knowing they really went over and beyond for me. Around the end of the process Jonah was keeping me informed of everything even on a Sunday. I want to thank Brandon and Jonah for everything. They've completely out done themselves. If your looking for the best experience possible, reach out to Jonah.

Today I called the dealership and asked for the used car manager . The %$@@^%^& person that answered ask me what I wanted ? I again said I wanted to speak with the manager . To that this clown again said he could help me . For the third time I made the same request , this same person said " I'm a salesman , I can help you ." Wrong buddy , if I had wanted to talk with you , I would have asked for you . Does your manager know that you are screening his calls ? Does your manager know that you just cost him a $30 k sake ? When you call this dealership , avoid talking to someone called Russ .

They sold us a lemon. We purchased a 2017 Subaru WRX for our son last summer. Before the loan was even funded the clutch went out. A few months later the transmission had to be replaced and now (after owning the car only 9 months) the engine has to be replaced. We bought the car with 58k miles on it. We sent a letter regarding this costly and surprising trifecta of issues in a 9 month timespan and the owner sent back a reply telling us that we should have "googled" all of these possible issues before buying the car. He didn't even take the time to look at the model we purchased before lecturing us as parents about why we should never have bought the car for our son and then refused to do anything about the issues. His response is about the STI model - which we didn't purchase - and he blames our son for the issues. The clutch went ONCE not twice. Another example of failing to pay attention to the details in his rush to blame my son. I'm literally shocked at the condescending, uninformed and belligerent response we received. See photos below. Save yourself a lot of heartache and buy from a dealership who cares about their customers and sells quality used cars. We made a $10,000 (in repairs) mistake buying there. Lesson learned.

Not a good experience. Left my car on a Sunday evening. Called the service department 5 times the next day and left messages. Never received a call back. Called the next day and had to demand to talk to someone in person. The estimate for repairs was ridiculously high and I decided to take my business elsewhere.
