Christine did a positively amazing job of serving the customers (us) as inherently valuable human beings rather than just a means to an end. She was honest, kind, and spent the time necessary to make sure we understood our options, and we ended up spending more money up front because of that. We also stayed at this particular facility because of the time she took with us.

I already had storage room at the Facility but suddenly needed another within 48 hours. The manager at the Warrenton facility was able to find me the size I needed. Had me come out on a Saturday to finalize things, and I was able to move the items in on Sunday. She also checked the credit card on the automatic pay system and adjust that. All in all, a really good experience with this knowledgeable and pleasant manager.

The store manager Brandi is absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful! The units are well priced, and my unit was spotless when I checked it out :) I look forward to storing with CubeSmart, and know I can rest easy knowing someone like Brandi is in charge!

The service at this location is excellent! Brandi has been a pleasure to deal with since the first time she showed me around here. She has been very helpful multiple times when a problem arose. Prices are high here, and are set by the corporate elites. A national rep had a contemptuous attitude when I called them about something. Kind, friendly, and caring service at the local level makes all the difference. The climate control is as advertised, and access is convenient. This is the only clean and fresh storage facility in town.

In over 30 years, and across 3 states, selecting self storage solutions, CubeSmart, and especially the Warrenton location, are the best I have ever encountered. It was my fortune, that on the day that I want to preview the options; the amazing Brandy was there. To say she went above and beyond, is an understatement. She led the way in showing the available options, and after I had selected a near perfect storage unit ( proximity to elevator, and one right turn, and presto!); she then offered to assist me with selecting a location with Vehicle storage - which she was not obligate to. Friendly, and smiling as ever, and what a super clean and comfy reception and customer area. CubeSmart and Brandy - you are the BEST.
