Great shop. I have sent multiple transfers over the past year or two. The employees are always super helpful and up to date on all of the legal procedures. This is the only gun shop I will use in the area.

I RARELY leave negative reviews, however, I feel this one is completely necessary. I purchased a very expensive gun from Gunbroker, and the seller used High Flyer to ship it. I told the seller I was moving in a couple weeks and asked him to pass on that information to High Flyer, which he did, so they could ensure it was shipped quickly. The seller dropped it off on a Saturday, so it could go out Monday. On Monday I was told there was an issue with my FFLs (the one I was having it shipped to) address. I've had dozens of guns shipped to this particular FFL and never had an issue before. My FFL was able to get ahold of them on Monday and get the issue resolved and was told it would ship. On Saturday it still hadn't nor had High Flyer provided the seller with a tracking number like they said they would. I called High Flyer on Saturday and was told they were very busy, which I get it was a holiday weekend, but was told they would call me back soon with a tracking number. Never heard back. Monday I called the seller who got in contact with High Flyer and was told IT HADN'T SHIPPED yet. I was extremely frustrated since I was leaving Friday morning for a move to another state. Either way, there was time so High Flyer said he would have it out that day and it would be there before I left. To top it off, the tracking number they provided apparently was never scanned, so the Seller had to contact the post office and was told the firearm was on its way and would be there FRIDAY. To say I'm frustrated with High Flyer would be an understatement. Unprofessional and no excuse for this. Avoid this gun store! Thankfully the seller from GB has been on top of it and I don't blame him for this mishap at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Highflyer Arms. I worked directly with Jud who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and just a genuine guy. I felt extremely comfortable with my purchase with someone like him providing expert advice. I’d recommend Jud, and Highflyer Arms, to anyone in the market for their products and services.
