Larry from the Pro Desk was more then helpful. Went above and called me back multiple times to ensure my needs were met. Confirmed my item was in store before I went there to retrieve. Customer service at its finest. He should be in charge if the customer service training. He was flawless. Not to mention juggling multiple customers he still made me feel my time was valued and never left me hanging

If I could put 0 starts I would. My Dad recently purchased a washing machine for his laundry they delivered to their house. Unfortunately this washing machine was used and contained water in it. He tried to go back for a refund which btw was $400 the manager told him no for the refund and no to getting a new washing machine. So he basically got his money stolen and no product. With that being said Do Better! If you don’t like customer service don’t work in it. People work hard to buy furniture for their house it’s ridiculous the fact he even got shipped a used washing machine. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service here it makes me angry you guys got away with his money.

(SCAMMED). Bad customer service, manager is very rude she’s not professional didn’t even apologize, they weren’t helpful, not responsible. I ordered a dish washer thinking it was new, once I opened the box it was used; the dish washer came in all wet, full with water, I realized they delivered me a used dish washer. I went back to return it, they refuse to give me back my money change. I refuse to take back the used washer machine (supposed to be new) , GOT SCAMED!! Never going back there again. I will stick with Lowe’s, they have much better customer service. Thank you for reading this review.

Pretty good Home Depot, all things considered. The issue in general I have with this one is the cramped quarters in the back row. It's difficult to navigate with any sort of cart, and leaves blind spots for people to get smacked. Otherwise the staff is friendly, and the parking is easy.

Stay away from Warrenton HD. A fridge i bought there last Sep, broke in April, no part to fix…have to go thru Fridgedere. Still under warranty. Store is Useless. Do not care about their customers!

This is our “go to” Home Depot. We love the staff, especially Destiny, one of the assistant managers. She is always willing to help. The always have great deals on open box item in the appliance department.

We went in this morning to look at kitchen appliances and no one to assist us. We went on and purchased a couple items and went to pay foe them and it was a total Desaster. Only self check out open and a line down the aisle.

Hats off to the night crew on May 15th, 2024. Every single person was extremely courteous and kind. I came in in the final 10 minutes before closing and everyone that was doing the stocks were so nice and took time to listen and helped me find what I need. Cashiers were all extremely nice.
