I initially had an appointment scheduled for Monday, but they called to reschedule it for Thursday. When I arrived on time for my appointment on Thursday, I waited for 45 minutes for my turn. I was told no when I asked if someone could assist me with tax filing. I do not recommend coming here; the service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Took my taxes in for drop off on 3/14, it is now the 24th. They didn't even start them yet. I picked them up today and went to the one in Bealeton. In and out of the one in Bealeton in 5-10 minutes. Do not recommend the one in Warrenton at all. Go to the one in Bealeton instead.

Walked in with my family to get our taxes filed, walked out within 10 minutes after Judy was being rude even after we explained that this was our first time doing this.

I've had my taxes filed by H&R Block locations for years & I have never had an experience like the one I had at this location with Jan who was assigned to me as the preparer. My expectation for my filing appointment was to work with a preparer to make sense of my tax filing status for this past year(I received IRS letters stating that the provided information was to be included in my tax filing for 2021; an alternative, in the event that I had no income, wasn't included), instead, I was assigned Jan who was confrontational, impatient & visibly annoyed for a majority of my appointment. At one point, I had someone on speaker phone to answer questions Jan had & later that afternoon the same person got in touch with me & told me that they couldn't believe the way I was being spoken to. I realize that navigating taxes can be tricky & frustrating but that is why people come to you, please be patient with us while we are trying to learn the process.

I filed with Nancy Walker last year and she was amazing. She was helpful and understood my situation. This year I file with her again and she again was so helpful she even advised me how to file my W2. I trust her to take care of me and my money.
