I went to Juffy Lube July 22 at 9 am for an oil change. I have had nothing but problems with my jeep ever since. That evening I went to the store and my check engine light was flashing on and off and I lost power with a tractor trailer doing 65 behind me. They never told me if any issues at all. The only thing they told me was my filter that I already changed. I never got a receipt to see what type of oil was put in my jeep. I was told my receipt would be emailed and it’s not there. I am taking it to a mechanic to see what’s messed on it. I will never let them touch my vehicle ever again. I did not have problems with my jeep until Tuesday. This company has gone down hill with the incompetence of staff. Stop up selling and actually do your job correctly. Yes I am very very upset.

Best jiffy lube the staff is on point their facility is always clean A/C is out recommend getting it fixed at least for your customers and employees sake, won't service my work truck at any other locations.

Oli change and break fluid flush. The staff at Warrenton Jiffy Lube are detailed orientated, polite, and professional! Recommend this location if you reside in Warrenton or the surrounding area.
