The site is okay, there’s always a good deal to find. But the lack of cleanliness is big. The dressing room are dirty you can see dusty rabbits even next to the pay area. At least vacuum once a week.

Despite a super long line right before closing, Tearra and Leann at the registers handled everything smooth. They kept the line moving quickly and stayed calm, friendly and polite with every customer. Their positive attitude and efficiency made what could have been a stressful situation a total breeze. Shoutout to them for ending the night on such a great note!

While I love Marshall’s and their clothes and shoes and variety. I’m scoring low because of the management. I have never seen a more ridiculous situation. My family and I get in line to check out, it’s obviously very busy and the line is getting longer. There are currently two cashiers doing their very best to keep up. MEANWHILE the manager is standing directly behind them NOT helping. He couldn’t be bothered to open a register and help them out. As a manager I’m assuming he knows how to work one if not then how on earth he became manager is beyond me. He’s instead staring at them like he was an idiot and couldn’t be bothered to help. He kept calling on the intercom for SOMEONE ELSE WHOS ON LUNCH to come help them. THAT IS NOT MANAGEMENT. I feel sorry for the employees, because they were hustling and doing their very best. Please find better management. The manager name is Henry J. Warrenton VA. Super disappointed in this.

Well its my few times shopping here as we just move here few months ago, june 2024 to be exact. The thing about this store is its bery unorganized, specially the back near elevator and its dirty, the upstairs same its unorganized and very tight that its hard to use a cart specially with the baby section and dirty as well. Their stuff for replenishment is always on the way on all the items that people wanted to see and there's no attending employee with it and it seems like they just don't care.. the cashier's too they seems like no one wanted to work there, no smiles and they seems like sulking ...

I love to take my mother to Marshalls. This particular one was super messy no staff around. They have so much stuff everything is so unorganized pretty sad to see a store this way. The Manassas store is well taken care of, just head that way!

I love Marshall’s, and have shopped here and spent a lot of money here over the years. I went there today and found and really cute lounge set in clearance for $12.00. I was super excited. I get to the counter and the woman informed me it is not a set. I stated it is the same maker and was on one hanger. She called the manager over and she told me she could not honor it as a set. I asked if it was my fault that they were on the same hanger. She stated I should have seen the two tags. Silly me, on the same hanger I looked at the tag on the shirt and did not look at the pants. They stated this happened earlier today with this set. So they put it back on the same hanger and let it happen again. They stated again they would not honor that. I would not be upset but they made a mistake and laid the blame on me. So I walked out of Marshall’s for the first time frustrated and without the cute set.

This store has gone down hill!!!The new manager is horrible!!!! I went last night and the main door was wide open and people were freezing . I approached the manager about this she said when it gets cold the door sticks 🙄the heat was running ! That’s gonna cost some money! The store was filth dirty!!! Things were laying everywere !!! Horrible!!!! It’s a shame this is the only place to shop in Warrenton . I will travel to Gainesville I won’t be shopping there until hopefully corporate will do something! The sizes were all mixed up on racks you couldn’t get through the isles it was awful!!!!! Please corporate do something !!!!
