Granted, we used the drive-through, but on past visits, the interior was just as clean and efficient (service too) as the outside.Food is consistent as McDonald's, but yeah, the fish sandwich and chicken sandwich were spit on to what was in mind, not once but twice this month.

I order a mcdouble with no pickle and they gave me an mcdouble with pickle so maybe they didnt hear me and got my order wrong but ita all good I'm going to pick the pickle off the sandwich and eat it just hope they dont mess it up again.

This used to be a great McDonalds. But the people here STEAL your money and LIE! If you order espresso they will charge you and not deliver and then when they are caught in a LIE! they say they can’t return your money. Don’t get took by this place. Worst McDonalds EVER! Straight up

Ordered from the app. Past 1030 and the app wouldnt update to the lunch menu but I also couldn't order Breakfast past 1030. Had to go through the drive thru 4 times and wait over 45 minutes for my food. Employees couldn't do anything to help me get the deal listed on the app. Had to eventually do curbside pickup after 11 to get my food. The Hispanic woman in the drive thru kept screaming hello through the speaker multiple times as I was ordering so she obviously couldn't hear me as she was talking over me. The other 2 ladies working the drive thru were helpful and compassionate but their hands were tied and couldn't help me through no fault of their own. I couldn't go inside due to medical reasons. When I did get my food over 45 minutes from the time I arrived, the fries were severely under cooked like still frozen in the center and the nuggets were obviously the ones I ordered 45 minutes earlier. Will not be returning. McDonald's is by far the worst customer service at every location that I have ever experienced compared to any other fast food chain I have ever been to. I have had a bad experience 99 percent of the time since as far back as I can even remember. I rarely waste my time and money for this very reason but it was a special treat for my son after his surgery so I agreed. Next time I'll just take him to chick fil a which he also loves but prefers their breakfast but given the time he chose McDonald's ?

Why do these people want $15/hr? I went through the drive-they Thursday night, December, 21, 2023. They first gave me the food of the person that was waiting at the overflow window and took it back but gave us the drink. Okay. But then they finally gave me my food and drinks but failed to provide me straws, one of two fries were missing and they always forget dipping sauce. Of course, I should sit there and go through my bag, sift through all the items to make sure everything is accounted for while holding up the line that’s already ridiculously slow, but the point is, I shouldn’t have to do all of that. It’s not rocket science. You look at the order on the screen, make sure it reflects what is in the bag(s) and then give the items to the customer.
