Piedmont Family Practice is a privately owned practice offering preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for all ages. The providers take time to get to know patients, treat them like family, and are thorough, taking time to listen and answer questions. Medical care is good and professional, with doctors on target with diagnosis and explaining everything in detail. Nurses go above and beyond to follow up. However, there can be issues with office administration, including long waits on hold, unreturned messages, referrals not followed through, and occasional front desk delays. Despite this, many patients report great experiences and highly recommend the practice to the community.
No wait time, friendly staff, and an awesome doctor. Dr. Miller was very thorough and took her time. She was very attentive to all my health concerns.

Medical care is good but waiting 45 minutes on hold to get an appointment isn’t. Leaving a message and never having it returned. Referrals are not followed through by office. On the positive side, Dr. Ward takes time to listen and answer questions.

Always have a great experience with Piedmont. Dr Evans explains everything in detail and has always been on target with his diagnosis. His nurse (Tay) goes above and beyond to follow up with labs, tests, results, etc.
