It’s just Lube lane. They need to take the “Quick” sign off the building. First of all Ford app said no appointment necessary, showed up yesterday and they told I need it an appointment. I scheduled it for the next day at 9:20. I waited over an hour and forty minutes for a simple oil change. The people at the service dept. were not very friendly. At least they have complimentary coffee, WiFi and comfortable chairs for the long wait. Guys at the auto parts are awesome. I give them 5 ⭐️
