I had to get my son’s car repaired and CARSTAR was friendly and clear about every step of the process. They communicated well and I liked that I got text updates at every step. Melanie was friendly and helpful and Brandon was so clear and open about every repair. Will definitely be back. Thank you CARSTAR!

I was recommended to Rick’s by a friend and I am so glad I took his advice. My first encounter was with Melanie who was extremely friendly and welcoming. My adjuster was Brandon who did my estimate and walked me thru the process. I had requested my car back within a week due to other obligations and he ensured that timeline was met. The finished product actually came under the original quote so I commend their honesty, otherwise I would not have known the difference. Overall this is a top notch organization and I would recommend them to my family and friends. My car looks like new. Thank you and WELL DONE!!!!!

I was so impressed with Rick's. They kept me informed on what was going on.
When the wrong part came in, they called to make sure I had a rental. The work they did was awsome. I would not hesitate using them again (but I sure hope I dont have to)

Ricks auto body was a good experience. The staff were friendly and they got the repairs done when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Definitely will use them again if I ever have the need.

We did not get a chance to use their repair services since our vehicle was declared a total loss but…. if their service is anything like their interaction with customers they are top notch! We were given a timely and itemized repair list and every employee we spoke with was polite, considerate and seemed genuinely interested in helping us.

That experience, they are in contract with insurance companies, that keeps them from conducting business appropriately. After taking in my vehicle from an accident, it was completely drivable when I took it to Rick‘s, but when I picked up the car, it was disassembled and legally undrivable. They refuse to do the bodywork per contract with insurance and refused to reassemble my vehicle. I had to pay additional money for towing the vehicle to another shop. at this point, I would not recommend this company.
