Safeway is a grocery store located at 189 W Lee Hwy in Warrenton, VA. It is a favorite place to shop for many, where customers can find everything they need. The store features a butcher block with an assortment of meat and seafood, a produce department, a bakery with custom cakes, and a deli with party trays. Services include a pharmacy, Grocery Delivery, DriveUp & Go™, and an Order Ahead service for bakery and deli items. The store is very organized and does not get too busy. Customers can save money by using the app. However, some note the store is old with an old styling and a depressing, hollow atmosphere. Some items can be out of stock, and the fruit is often a bit rotten. It is also viewed as the most expensive grocery store in the area. While half the self-checkout stations are sometimes out of order, this usually does not last long. Many would still highly recommend shopping there.
Store is always clean and stocked. Prices are great. Staff are always nice. We often place pick up orders and the delivery staff are super nice and quick.
