My wife just stopped by to Donate Cloths in great shape that our son did not even used. For 15 years we have cooperated to this place. Today there was a very Unfriendly to say the least man old Bear man, that was down by the drop off door. As soon as my wife pulled over, the man became very aggressive, told her without even responding to the GOOD MORNING that they open at 10am and bang his hand on the window were the schedule is posted. More and More we have seen this type of attitude from volunteers in this place, witch lead me to ask my self, IF they are volunteers and they do not like to help people/community?, why are they there?, or is it that they only like to serve and help certain type of people?.... hummm.... Obviously this will be the last time we will have any interaction with this privilege people place.. will be sure to let all our community know to stay away from them. By the way if you like to be welcome and even help unload your donation, head on to the Food bank store, they do really appreciate your Donations. :)

I donated here once and the Ladies at that time was very nice. I donated a few days ago March 8 to exact around 4pm and i was next in line. The car infront of me donated an bunch of bags of donation. When it was my turn its a 2 different Ladies the other one did not say anything until i bring out all my donations and she told me they only accept 2 bags at a time in a very rude tone and slam the door close.. She is not even friendly and she just give you rude face... Disappointing. Just donate your staff in Manassas or give it in a free group page.

Came all the way from Gainesville with my SUV full of donations and as I start taking bags inside, I'm told by 2 lazy workers, just sitting around, that they only accept 2 bags at a time. No sign outside, nothing on their Google page or website. Absolutely ridiculous!!! They have plenty of room for items there in the donation center. The one in Manassas is run much better. This place looks like a trash room. It's dirty, disorganized and the workers seemed happy to tell me their little rule. I'll never go back to this location to donate.

Good deals can be found I don’t expect them to be a department store 😃😃

Horrible! Not a thrift store. Rip off shop! Very dirty, sharp broken items. Only a matter of time before they get sued.

I have had very good experiences at this Sal. The women are helpful and friendly when I’ve dropped things off.

Used to be amazing but now when things are marked down by color they toss them in tubs so you have to dig through and the tubs are all over the store and it’s a tripping hazard! Makes it look so disorganized and bad and how can you even see the half off stuff without digging through tote after tote! I mentioned it to an employee who sure wanted no feedback and was rather moody! Is it too much to ask to be able to see the sale merchandise without digging through 20 plus totes all over the store in the walkways??? ??

This place is awesome! So many cool things! If you want to have a good time looking at the best selection of knickknacks around, make an outing of the Salvation Army!I'll start with the complaints (which are very few in comparison to the compliments).First, they have only a small number of casette tapes, and among those are mostly classical music, but I did find Christmas suites and 80s rock.Second, some of the items are in very poor condition, from frayed cords on appliances to action figures (or what used to be) that are only a torso and a single leg.Okay, that's all for complaints. Now...the fun part! There is such a large selection of items here (as I stated before), for practically anyone looking to take up some room or wall space. I was especially awestruck by the small alarm clocks, which were hidden all over the shop, because each one was stylized differently and just put together perfectly.Kids definitely like this place, but I would say their toys are geared primarily toward Pre-K through 2nd grade. There are a lot of shelf items that are very intriguing; I almost picked up every one!Lots of special dishes, cups, and plates with a variety of designs. The few that I can recall were cottages, mountain scenery, cultural icons, and traditional Japanese tea sets.Definitely a place to return to again and again!
