Rachael called within in an hour of my online request. She was absolutely fantastic every time I spoke to her and Answered all of my questions, nearly all before I even asked them. She clearly noted the date I said we would be moving in and called after to ask how things had gone and if we needed to change the date or size of the unit. Rachael conveyed genuine care about our moving experience and a desire to ensure that our needs would be met at CubeSmart. The facility is easy to access, very clean, and well kept. The unit itself is exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.”
