Awful place. Take advantage of people in pain. Sold me a TENS unit for 79 dollars, when its only 18 on the TENS website. I kept telling the guy that I may wait. He told me there is only two left. So i bought it. Crooks...hope your crappy business gets shut down.

The customer service at Simple Comforts is top notch, as is their product line. Each experience I've had there has been exceptional and I'll continue to use them for all home medical supply needs. I also run a Home Care Agency, EverNest Home Care, that does a lot of work in Warrenton and we ALWAYS refer our clients to Simple Comforts. I would strongly recommend visiting their store!

I bought plastic tubing for my CPAP machine but the rubber connections were too small so I placed the plastic tubing back into the plastic bag and promptly returned for a refund. The tubing was in new, unused condition. The receipt clearly says Refunds allowed within a certain period, I believe it’s 7 days.

40 years living in - DC, MD, and VA - and this is quite simply customer service and appreciation at its finest! They should rename to “Blessed Comforts” because their employees and products have been a healing and caring blessing for my 92 years young Mother and I. Tina and Lisa in particular, have been like Angels of Mercy, going so far as to deliver a product themselves, when the standard delivery channels were not available or inclement weather popped up. Add to that that they always carry the “Rolls Royce” of medical and therapy products, and this is why, I rate them 5 stars; and would encourage all, to add Simple Comforts and its staff to your families.
