We brought our brand new Prius for some minor fix and omg Tony who was in charge of our car was literally the nicest person ever. He was so personable, kind and good at explaining the issues. The cashier lady (albeit I didn’t have to deal with her but I watched her interact with three other people) was also amazingly nice, thanking customers for their patience. I’m beyond impressed by their kindness to the point that I want to bring all my even non Toyota cars to them!Services: Electrical repair

I brought my car in for a regular routine oil change and tire rotation like I’ve been doing every 6 months since I bought the car at this specific dealership a year and a half ago. Upon arrival, the technician told me it’s a waste of time coming so often and that I could come once a year but I already drove the 25 minutes there and I wanted to get one done before leaving for college in a few days so I told them I’d still like the oil change. After sitting in the waiting area for over an hour, the technician comes over to me and tells me I need to replace all of my calipers and it’s going to run me $2000 and I need to get a loaner car to drive home as this was urgent and my brakes could lock up at any time. I decided to wait so I could discuss with my mom first as that is a lot of money and I am a college student getting ready to leave for school. I took my car to our local mechanic and he can’t find anything wrong with my car. Plus if the brakes were sticking as bad as they said, the brake pads should’ve been worn but nope! The brake pads are still in good condition as their tech team even stated. Beware because this service team is full of money hungry people wanting you to replace things that don’t even need it.

Recently scheduled my first service here, for a car that I purchased from this same dealership. The service was pretty quick and easy. No wait time despite it was a weekend. I’ll visit again for the next service!

I just bought a new Rav4 from this dealership yesterday and the Sales Manager Anil George was very helpful! Over the past few weeks he kept in constant contact with me letting me know which vehicles would be coming in, and when they arrived. I was on a tight timeframe to get out of the dealership for an appointment, and they accommodated me and expedited the sale without losing any important details I needed to be know. Matt was very helpful as well, from the moment he greeted me to helping me throughout the process to transition to my new vehicle! He went over the new features and was patient with me and my stress to get to my appointment on time. This is the second time I have bought a new vehicle from this dealership and I will definitely use them again!! :)

Have to knock them down 1 b/c they don't participate in Carfax. I think Manassas is same owner and they also don't participate. I have to add the services manually and use/like Carfax to both track my own maintenance but evaluate used cars that I'm considering to make sure they were maintained.

Warrenton Toyota is fantastic. We are always able to get a loaner car when our car needs service, so we don't have to take time off work. The sales team is informative but not pushy. The service department team is fantastic, they are proactive to keep our cars running fantastically, but don't try to oversell us on services we don't need. We'll definitely buy and service our cars here in the future!
