The most rude woman helped me at the counter, the other associates helping other customers were very kind. She was very aggravated that she had to come from the back of the store to even help any customers at all. Definitely won't be doing any business with this store anymore.

Really had a great experience today working with Cat, and received a level of help which far exceeded any expectations. I have used this UPS location many times in the past, but today’s service left a great lasting impression on me. Thank you again for all your help.

went to this UPS location where i have many times and this woman working clearly hates her job, rude and very unprofessional. i went in to return a cable box which i have done before and i told her that and that must have pushed her over the edge she told me i am mistaken they do not do that there. i have a few receipts where i have done this before.

I left a bad review once but I am over it now They are nice enough and provide a place for me to drop off outgoing packages I don’t think they should charge for a piece of tape but if that’s how their business is set up I will learn to keep my own tape here and stop being so cheap Thanks!

As an Amazon frequent flyer, I go to the Warrenton UPS often for returns. Today, I went and actually paid to ship a few things and the staff worked hard to help me ship as inexpensively as possible. I always have a great experience there, but I was extra thankful today! Their customer service is top notch - one of the employees told me that if my elderly mother needed help carrying her packages into the store, to call and he’d come out and help. Who does that anymore? Thanks for always proving a cheery experience!

Yesterday, I had two extremely upsetting experiences connected to the Warrenton, VA UPS location — one in the morning, and one in the afternoon.
In the morning, I visited the store to have paperwork notarized. The woman who helped us was rude, unprofessional, and clearly irritated. She kept making loud sighs and acted as if we were a burden for simply needing service. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary.
Then in the afternoon, I encountered a UPS employee from this same location while he was off duty and driving a personal vehicle. While I was on the road with my five young children, this person aggressively blocked me from merging, cut me off on a bridge, made obscene hand gestures, flicked me off, and brake-checked me multiple times. My children were terrified. This behavior was reckless, dangerous, and completely unacceptable.
Both incidents made it clear that this location has a serious problem with professionalism and basic respect both inside the store and out in the community. I truly hope UPS takes this seriously and investigates these situations.

While I understand that the off-duty employee was not acting in an official UPS capacity, the fact remains that this individual represents your company, wears your uniform, and works at your location. Behavior that endangers families in the community (especially children ) reflects directly on the type of people your business employs. That’s relevant to the public, and it’s absolutely appropriate to mention here.
Also, let’s not forget the unprofessional service I received earlier that same day inside your store, when your notary treated us with clear irritation and attitude. That part of my review is directly related to your customer service and instead of addressing that, your response chose to ignore it entirely.
If you’re committed to professionalism and accountability, I hope you take both incidents seriously, not just try to silence feedback that makes your store look bad.
Update:
Not long after I posted my review detailing two serious incidents, one involving blatant in-store rudeness and another involving aggressive, reckless behavior from an off-duty employee, this store magically received a glowing, overly-scripted review praising the staff and ownership in glowing detail. After 11 years of quiet satisfaction, this customer suddenly felt compelled to write a long tribute just days after my criticism went public? The timing speaks volumes.
This kind of reputation management tactic is obvious and dishonest. Instead of acknowledging my legitimate concerns, the store appears to be burying them under fake or prompted praise. It’s manipulative and deeply disappointing, especially for a business entrusted with customer trust and safety.
This only strengthens my original point: there’s a serious issue with professionalism and accountability at this location, both inside the store and out in the community. And clearly, they’re more interested in silencing criticism than addressing it.

Today I renewed my mailbox at the Warrenton UPS Store. I believe this is the 11th year that I have been a customer of this store. The peace of mind I get from having my mail and packages delivered here is priceless. I never need to worry about packages being stolen off my patio or damaged by weather. I never need to have my mail ‘held’ while I am out of town. I can pick up my mail, drop off mail, and send packages all at one time in one location. They offer numerous other services as well. Over the many years Pam, the owner and all of the employees have always been extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly- maybe my attitude and how I treat them has something to with this, but I think it’s just what they do. I am very happy with the service I receive from the Warrenton UPS Store and value their products and services.

Highly recommend this place. All staff has been supportive over the years, but today I want to give a shout-out to their rep, Caleb.
Fantastic customer service. Caleb was patience and an excellent problem solver. What was starting to grow into a big mess of a return situation, Caleb was able to provide guidance and offering assistance that goes above and beyond to make it as painless of an experience as possible.
