“I purchased a 1999 Jeep Cherokee from OverDrive in mid-November. Honestly, this isn’t the type of dealership I would normally go to, but I discovered them via AutoTrader when they had the vehicle I had been looking for. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.Mo isn’t a typical used car salesman, and I mean that in a good way. He and his employees were straightforward and didn’t play games. For example, the employee who set me up with a test drive even pointed out a part of the bumper that had been repaired and didn’t match the opposite side. He did this out of transparency, which I really appreciated.Being a 25 year old vehicle, I did discover it was leaking oil during the test drive. Upon learning this, Mo had the Jeep assessed by a mechanic and made the minor, necessary repair.What I really appreciated was him standing by the repair and guaranteeing he would pay to correct the issue if it presented again. This was outside of a warranty (I didn’t add one) and wasn’t something he had to do, but it gave me the peace of mind I needed to move forward with the purchase. The added benefit to this was having Mo and the mechanic walk me through some of the vehicle components while it was up on a lift, further reassuring me that the vehicle was in good condition.At the end of the day, I definitely paid more for the Jeep than what it was worth, but I got the vehicle I wanted, with the previously mentioned assurances, so it was worth it. Since the purchase, I’ve had no further issues with the vehicle.I would have appreciated having the gas tank filled before taking the keys, but I’ll chock that up to an oversight in light of repairs being made same day and being done close to/after OverDrive closed.This business is obviously dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend them to my friends and family.”

They buy the vehicles straight from the original owner and not an auction that way they know what they're getting. I had both my keys all the floor mats and even the car manual. Which is really nice. Paperwork was easy. very professional people. Overall I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and drive 2 hours again.”

There was an issue registering the title of the vehicle which was taken care of by IVAN by working with the DMV folks in Warrenton, he personally stood in line and had the vehicle completely re-titled.
