This review is for Walmart Plus in South Boston, VA. The subscription is simply not worth the frustration. Many times, there are items missing from my order or items are damaged. I've received rotted/molded fruit in an order before, so I no longer trust shoppers or drivers to deliver groceries to my house. Drivers also make pit stops in route to my house, sometimes taking 30 minutes or more to delivery items, when the store is a 15 minute drive away. In addition, Walmart used Fedex for their shipping. Fedex is notorious for leaving packages at the wrong address, delivering damaged goods, and losing shipments. (With Fedex, only the shipper can lodge a complaint. If you receive damaged goods, you have to take it up with the shipper.) In closing, I do not recommend Walmart Plus delivery or shipping. I am cancelling my membership.

I always say if you don't like your job then quit. No one is forcing you to be there and there are a million other jobs. I was shopping with my boyfriend on Christmas Eve and these two ladies or should I say little children were rude and yelling at customers being lazy and just telling Customers idk what to do I can't help you. Then didn't want to sell a pair of pants to us bc it had no tag and instead of helping us the lady said can't help so I had to tell her I'll sit here till someone helps me then finally a manager came over with the same attitude and being very rude I don't even know how they were employed. Then after it took her all but 5 mins she throw the pants down and says there. Just an fyi if you work at Walmart and you are employed then you work for the customers who spend money at your store. You should cater to your customers if you really want them out the store. Thanks to this rude service I couldn't buy my children a Christmas gift. Walmart is the worst and I'm sure they don't believe in Christmas or they just weren't a happy child excited to open presents on Christmas. So thanks Walmart for ruining my Christmas. Walmart is definitely a Scrooge.

I am so done with your store. I purchased a 5 quart container of Motorcraft synthetic blend motor oil from your store just 4 months ago. I realized that I needed full synthetic rather than a blend and wanted to exchange he it. I was informed that you have a 90 day return policy. The container had never been opened. You can shove your sorry consumer policy where the Sun doesn't shine. I'll take my business was elsewhere.

Very trashy mangers at this Walmart they should work at the dollar general. I don't recommend this Walmart at night they don't help the employees becauee "they don't have to" even when you ask for help from over 10 employees and they take over 30 minutes. They had a attitude with me when all i needed was a key for jewelry. I don't recommend in the slightest go to any one store besides this shit hole

I love this Walmart : ) I mostly do "pick ups" and I realize they are swamped most hours, so I adjust for them. They keep the store stocked and clean : ) I have nothing bad to say, during this ridiculous post Covid time at least these Walmart employees are actually "at work" -compared to the one in Warren County.

Today my mom and I were going to Walmart to go Christmas shopping. And we totally understand the holiday season is busy, but the employees were off their rocker today. My mom who is older was pushing the cart and the first male employee walked straight after her and we were on the correct side of the aisle and he was not came straight at her making her move out of his way and he was just walking, no cart, not doing anything other than walking. And less than 2 minutes later we turned a corner and another male employee tried to squeeze between my mom and a display and pushed her out of the way and nearly knocked my mother off her feet and she said "well excuse me" and he turned around and looked at her like she was in the wrong. Clearly they don't respect the people that shop for them and it's honestly disgusting.

So far it surpasses the Walmart's in CA! All the staff I have encountered have been super friendly and helpful! Stock is full, clean store, fresh food, great gifts, vitamins we needed. So happy it is nice not ghetto like the super Walmart in Vaca. It is like my neighborhood Walmart on steroids. Thank you all who have helped me find items & made me feel that customers are important! Kudos to those with smiling eyes during this horrible masking! You make my day greeting your customers ! Way to ho

This is literally one of the worst Walmarts that I've been to. Some of their employees are rude and tend to misgender people, and act like they wish to be anywhere else but there. Even the manager was rude. Definitely wouldn't go back there, considering the manager had the nerve to say "you don't need to use profanity". Dropping the f bomb once isn't half as bad as everything else I hear within the store. You can have a freedom of speech, and you don't have the right to tell people who buy things from your store that you can't say something. If you want respect from your customers, treat them with respect in the first place. No need to get an attitude with someone asking for the manager and not knowing it was you in the first place.

I am so afraid to go to this place anymore. We typically do all of our shopping here, but within the last 6 months things have taken a turn for the worse. I know they cannot control people and their actions, but I know of someone who was attacked and had to run back into the store. There was recently a shooting, and I personally have felt like I was being followed by people in the store. It was fairly dark and I feared they would follow me to my car. I have no plans to go back here, I will go to Haymarket or Manassas before I go back here.

Done with Walmart. Check out person was remiss in putting one of my bags in my cart. When I when back to get it they refused to help me and said the had put it back on the shelf. Nice gig Walmart to sell the same items twice. Neg 10 score on customer service even speaking to a supervisor. I was there a few hours before the shooting in the parking lot IM DONE

Went to Walmart (in Warrenton) today and while passing the bread isle I overheard a conversation between two Walmart employees. The man was telling a female employee all the goods in the back were well past there expiration date. He asked his coworker what he should do and she informed him to "just put it on the shelf anyway". He disagreed with her and insisted it was not the right thing to do. But she still told him to put the expired food on the self. To all Walmart shoppers: please be careful when you buy things with an expiration date there.

When you have an animal rescue the horse is always want you to come back with carrots! Walmart's the cheapest price in town! I like good prices on carrots, good prices on carrots means more carrots, more carrots means the horses are happier, happy horses make a happy me! Vernon is the vegitable restocking master and he said bananas are the most purchased fruit at Walmart and one person could spend their whole shift just restocking the bananas at Walmart! Food for thought next time you want to go bananas!

I have been shopping here for year, lately it has been horrible, there is never anyone in the Jewelry Department, and they seem to be out of a lot of items, I think I need to start going to Front Royal for all my needs. Or Amazon...

It's a walmart - but not as nice as the one in Haymarket in terms of product and staff. Also, their auto department gets super backed up. I needed a new battery and swung in there - gave me a 4.5 hour wait to do a battery swap. Fortunately, they let me borrow tools and I swapped it myself in the parking lot. I go to this walmart when I know the Haymarket one is going to be crowded with a weekend crowd.
