Almost three hours waiting to oil change service and that’s how I picked my car up. Black oil everywhere inside the car.They said we clean it in vacuum.

Got my tires balanced and mounted on Christmas Eve, it took the mechanic for ever but still I am grateful that they were open on Christmas Eve and providing the service.

I recently bought 4 tires at Warrenton Walmart Tire Center. The price on Good Year radials was excellent. The service was quick, professional, fair and friendly.They went above and beyond a simple tire replacement: they ran a diagnostic and found out that 2 of my sensors were bad, which I knew. And they replaced them for a very reasonable rate.The mechanics were knowledgeable, personable, honest and informative.I will come here again and I highly recommend this Service center to others.

I asked for a Full synthetic oil change. I always got the full synthetic oil change done at Walmart. I got it done at the Warrenton location this morning instead of Culpeper. She looked up my account and asked if I'm getting the same oil change as I usually do.They did semi-synthetic instead, and I was charged for semi-synthetic. I was very disappointed. I don't want to mix the oils in my car and my car had a very bad performance after the oil change. It drove worse then it did before I came in.I'd advise writing it down on paper for the clerk and making sure they understand "Full" not Semi. I don't why this happened.

They will get you in quick, but it’s not what it used to be. I had been taking my non exotic cars here for oil changes , but the last 2 visits have been disappointing. This new car I took they acted like it was rocket science on the oil my car takes . The first time I let it go because the service lady said they go by what’s on the cap (I believed her and that was that ),but the next time I took it I realized they changed it again and I had to say something. So basically the first time they put 5w 40 then the second time they put 5w 30 when my car takes 5w20 . They fixed it , but like I told the manager how would I trust them if they did it wrong 2 times . She said it’s what the system recommended and got a little flustered when I asked for a partial refund so I could actually take it somewhere that knew what they were doing . I never had this issue with any other professional place . If it recommend 2 kids and you see on the cap it says one of them then why would you go with something different ? I get it it’s Walmart but cmon no other place would do that unless the owner specifically asked . No wonder the first time I noticed my car taking so long to warm up the motor. I’m not taking my car so the techs can experiment train better . Y’all had better techs before .

Beyond 0 stars. I go here for oil change since 2015 and just a few days ago, i was due for another and found out that the last mechanic who did my oil change threaded my oil drain plug and they don't take accountability. The Coach, Renee won't take accountability that she told me that the last person did it. All she remembers is that i mentioned that my car is 8 years old. Other coaches, Carlos, Kelsey all dealt with me for about 2 hours and their conclusion is to call 1-800 #. Not just that, the service manager was just at the background grinning and all he said was "we cannot do anything to fix the problem here" and just recommended to go across the street. I went to have the issue fixed at Advanced Auto and they clearly confirmed Walmart auto threaded it. And when i came back to walmart the next day, they kept saying that i left and they are not responsible for anything after that. BUT THEY RECOMMENDED TO GO ACROSS THE STREET AND DID NOT OFFER ME ANY HELP NOR TOW ACROSS THE STREET!' Was i supposed to leave my car there were no one would do anything? They should have told me. Renee even mentioned Claims that i never heard when it happened the first time. I still haven't received any call back from walmart 1-800. And i'm pretty sure when they read this. those useless coaches will say haha, yeah our customer service will never call you back. Which is probably the truth.

i have had good experiences in the past with oil changes, i bought tires on monday, they gave my car back with a broken TPMS, i call back when i got home, as i was told the light would be on for 20 minutes. they refuse to give me an appointment to fix the situation they caused, 2 days later they replace the broken sensor. another it will be fine in 20 minutes. not the case, when i go in today im told "well the thing is we know we broke it and our device to fix it is busted, oh darn, last time it took us a year to get a new one!!" so my TPMS light is now perma on until either they "get" the new device (suggested a year) or i find a more competent place and pay them to fix it. frustrated with this last interaction, especially after spending over 400 on tires.Service: Tires

appointments are a must! Luckily I had a 10:00 appointment. 1 poor guy doing all the work and 1 at the counter. Long wait for those walk ins. Sad that there was not enough people to work. Guys were so nice & did a great job with my tires. I am very pleased! Ordered the tires online on a black Friday sale. Great deal

I can't even put into words how wonderful Miss Faye is! That lady brightened up my whole day yesterday and made me feel right at home. She took the time to explain the differences in tires and helped me find an alternative when y'all didn't have the 2 tires I needed in stock. Even though there was a long line and Miss Faye was by herself, I watched her use the same diligence and care with every customer that came through. She is truly a treasure and I really hope Walmart recognizes how wonderful she is!Service: Tires
