Might be the worst experience I've ever had. Three weeks ago I ordered a medicine for my cat. When I went there to pick up the medicine on the day they said, they couldn't find it. Afterwards, they called me more than once and accused me, claiming that I gave my information incorrectly, even though they checked all the information and took the payment over the phone. Of course, I did not accept these accusations, and when they investigated a little more, they admitted that they had not actually received the medicine yet and that they had forgotten to inform me about it. Since this place was more than 30 minutes away from my house, I said I would not be able to come again and asked them to send me the medicine. Exactly four days later, the medicine came to me, but unfortunately the bottle was completely broken and the medicine spilled out. So much so that even the person who delivered it said that we should not take it and that he could take it back. Even the delivery package was completely wet, so of course I didn't receive it and sent it back. Now two weeks have passed since this incident and I have called them many times and told them that I no longer want to work with them and asked them to refund my money. They still haven't refunded my money and what they told me is that they still haven't received the package back. It's not even my problem. This is a transaction between them and the delivery company. So from what I understand, exactly what they want to do is not refund me my money. Of course, during this period, I still could not find medicine for my cat. I condemn these ignorant people for not delivering the medicine to me, not refunding my money, and keeping me waiting for more than three weeks. They can be sure that I will definitely report them everywhere. Now, if anyone wants to shop here, my experiences may give you an idea.

WeCare Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have ever interacted with on the phone! I want to give a special shout out to Amy, she has one of the best customer services skills I have experienced. My usual pharmacy stopped compounding my radiation therapy med. Was referred to them. The price was $16.00 at my pharmacy. WeCare price is $135.00 plus $16.00 shipping. I asked about the price and if they took insurance. Was told this is what we charge. No insurance. We are the only game in town.

I did not have a good experience with customer service at this pharmacy. I live bi-coastal. They shipped to me multiple times at my Georgia home and when I am at my California home they will not ship to me, despite telling my doctor they would. If you are not licensed to ship to CA, you should not. My issue is that they were willing to ship to me in CA if they could verify that I am a GA resident. However, there is no formal verification process. They simply decided that they think I’m not a GA resident, based on the addresses my doctor has on file (1 in GA and 1 in CA) and the fact that I am not “on vacation” in CA. That makes no sense, as medical visits have no bearing on my residency status. Also vacation is not the only reason people are in other states. Further, I have traveled for work my entire career and I could visit a doctor in any state or country and use any address to sign up. That does not define my residency status. They did not ask for or check my drivers license, proof of homeownership in GA, proof of the address associated with my insurance, etc. There are so many ways that simply make more sense. I think what’s best is that you not ship to states you aren’t approved, regardless of residency status because you aren’t able to accurately determine that. You are using a matter of personal opinion to decide if you will serve a patient and that is simply not ethical. When I tried to express this instead of fully resolving this matter, I was told I need to find another pharmacy that serves CA, which I am more than happy to do. I would have much rather shared this perspective directly and been heard and respected than to spend my time writing a review. In the future I hope that this organization does not decide to take it in their own hands to decide someone’s residency status. Ship to states for which you are approved. Simple.

They really work with you. Their team is amazing and communicate very well. Was happy to get a tour the first time picking up meds for my business. It's comforting to see such high quality performance in the process that goes into putting together each medication. Love the single dose vials they offer also. Thanks for all that you do!

I’m the owner of an IV hydration business and we have been using we care for 6 months and love them! It’s been wonderful to know we are getting high quality ingredients for our clients. The pharmacist is always available for questions and the staff has been great to work with!We have used other compounding pharmacies, but have not had the same results! Highly recommend them for your compounding needs

Only gave 4 stars because I can’t speak for products yet (as I just launched business this week), but I’d give 10 stars for their Business Development Specialist (Paula)! She has been so responsive and attentive to our businesses needs! We Care is lucky to have her representation! Waiting on feedback from clients from infusions I’ve administered this week, will update review next month!
