It was a little difficult dealing with your website and talking to several folks about starting up service. But once we got that done, the local service people were punctual, and they were helpful and friendly too. I would have given you 5 stars if the software was a little more user friendly...

Delivery was fine. I have sent numerous questions via the AmeriGas website and have NEVER received the courtesy of a reply. That has occurred at least annually for almost 10 years and I find that extremely poor customer service. I am now looking for a replacement propane delivery service.
