“I had repair work performed on my 2023 BMW 540 to replace the active grille in January 2025 which required removal of the front bumper assembly by DRP. In May 2026 an error code related to the parking control sensor appeared. Thinking it was a BMW warranty issue I took it to them only to find out that the error was likely to due damaged wiring to the sensor. So no warranty repair was done. I returned to DRP with the issue and the suspected cause since they were the only ones that would have done work on the vehicle in that area. To my surprise, they said that they guaranteed their work and if they found the error to be their fault they'd repair it at no cost to me. Special thanks to Bryan for honoring their warranty. It turned out to be that a connector was not securely mated when the repair was finished causing the intermittent error. Fortunately there was no damage to the wiring harness.”

“Always have a good selection for a small town store. Since they're national chain, if they don't have it in stock, the can get it quickly. Nice people too.”

“We live in south Florida on the water and have a 1985 Wellcraft boat that had a leaking transmission. We found out it was a plug that was leaking. WOW, we had such a difficult finding out where to get the part our mechanic needed. We looked on the web and came across Hale Marine and called them. They were informed and quite helpful. I wish we lived in Richmond. If we lived in the area, this is the marina we would use for all our boat issues.”
