The Waverly Post office is the best post office in the entire United States of America. We have never seen service as efficient, personable, and pleasant as we experienced at the Waverly Post Office. Emily provided STELLAR Service. She made us feel so welcome, important and valued. Our passport process was seamless - completed in under 30 minutes, and it was a walk-in appointment. All post offices should model their services after the Waverly Post Office. If I could give the Waverly Post Office higher than 5 stars, I would! Excellent service and an overall phenomenal experience. WAY TO GO WAVERLY POST OFFICE!!! 👍👍

I have never had such a personal experience at a post office before visiting this location to get 3 passports processed! The gentleman that helped us was friendly, helpful and somehow made the transaction enjoyable! It took 30 minutes and we left feeling like family.

We had the best experience applying for passports for our six children. Billy and Emily were a great team and everything went smoothly! They were both thorough and friendly and we were in and out within 40 minutes! For six passports thats amazing! This made such a stressful task seem not as stressful anymore! Thank you both for the amazing customer service! My husband and I are so happy we chose to get this done at the Waverly location!

Went here for passports for 2 adults. Emily was great with servicing us. No appointments needed so it was a little busy, but we were still in and out in a timely manner.

I had an appointment for a passport at the Waverly Post Office this past Friday . The postal worker, Emily was the only person working the counter that day. She provided great service during my visit. Although she was the only employee assisting customers, including those with disruptive children, she maintained a calm, patient, and professional demeanor. Each transaction was handled efficiently with a positive attitude, despite the noise. This level of dedication and customer service is commendable, and the worker's efforts created a positive experience for everyone waiting.

Went here without an appointment to get 2 passports. The town is small so there wasn’t a wait at all. Very simple and quick, and the staff Emily, was very nice and helpful as well!
