I stopped in here to get some coffee and a snack to hold me over until I stopped through Crozet later. The price on gas here is $2.99, lower than I've seen in a very long time. The windows are covered with ads and a white film, so it's pretty dark inside. The hot food is self serve, which is always preferable at 7-eleven, but they only had wings and a sad sausage biscuit available, so I passed. No pizza, no croissants, no boneless wings. I ended up seeing an ad for their any size coffee and a muffin for $2.49, and decided on that. The coffee station was in a sad, neglected state. Empty carafes, cappuccino machine spitting out only water, no mix, half and half was empty. The store was empty. Sad. I cobbled together a coffee from the dregs, grabbed a muffin, and reminded the very nice solitary worker behind the register of the combo deal, which she included. I did not bother her about the coffee station, as I'm sure she knows it's a mess. Would not recommend.

2nd time in the store this week where the coffee bar was a mess and no coffee. I said something to the clerk and she could have cared less - hardly acknowledge me. Definitely not the quality in this store we are used to.

The clerk was very helpful even taking a pleasurable extra few seconds to help me set up a 7-eleven card. She offered extra info and was extremely plesant. Thank you.
