I wanted to order a lift recliner that day for my convalescent wife, but they said they were not selling them anymore. So luckily, I found another somewhere else that day, NOT good!! You lost around $1,300, plus all that interest!

I have been purchasing item from this store for YEARS and I also pay for a membership but yet when I'm a whole 2 days late I get charged 28$ in late fees it's completely ridiculous especially being a LOYAL customer!

I've never been late on my payments for almost a year, this month I told them I wouldn't be back home until today but that wasn't good enough for them, I was getting a livingroom set and was told that if I would pay this monthly price it would be paid off in 12 months that turned out to be a lie, they knew I worked out of state so sometimes I would pay 2 months at a time, and I told them I would be late for the first time and was planning on paying 2 months when I got home today but that wasn't good enough for them, so if you plan on renting something from them will be a big mistake trust me

The team is here is committed and great to work with. They understand you might be a few days late and work with you. They are simply amazing people selling good stuff. People will complain about the prices and I will counter that by saying pay it off early if you can. If you are like nearly everyone else right now and struggling they are a great option!

Ray, the store manager needs to seek employment at a job that doesn't require human interaction. The worst customer service I've EVER experienced in my life. This man stated that he would "harass me every day and come to my house every day" over a 2 week payment that granted is late but I clearly communicated that the payment would be made THE NEXT DAY. Do not recommend doing business with this particular Arron's in Waynesboro VA. I have NEVER had this issue with any other members of the Aarons teams.

Now I will say that this store is awesome. I will also say due to some struggles I had to let some things go back but when I finally was able to get it back the manager allowed me to continue my payments and Ray and the rest of the staff is awesome they're totally willing to work with you during the pandemic and struggling times and if you spot what you want they'll even make sure you can get it if it's not in stock at there store

Normally I would have given a good review, but after today. NO! An I will never rent from u all again! And I have paid off right many items through u all. But nomore! I thought it was called "rent to own" if u don't like it then u should be able to get what u like. I'm sorry im not paying triple the price for something I'm not happy with. It's my money, I should be able to switch a 100 times if I so choose. That's yall making money. But oh well, I will take my business else where then. Thanks your used to be long time customer!

My friend was in hospital & her payment was late. They came by her house & I was house sitting & I called & told them I would get ahold of her & get a family member to let them to get merchandise and then the accounts manager called me back and accused me of being someone else & cussed & yelled at me. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad customer service

Terrible customer service. If you are even a half a day late with a payment they will call and HARASS you. The management is laughable to say the least. Consider spending your money with someone else. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I will never go back to that store they are the worst the manager is disrespectful I bought my daughter a bed and they took it to me with bedbugs my pregnant daughter full of welts the manager sells the mattresses with bedbugs and puts them in a zippered case to deceive the older people later bought a bed for my other daughter and they left it next to the front door of my house without screws and when I went to the store they told me some that they found that they did not work I ended up buying myself the screws are the worst

Want to return bed that was damaged and refused to take it back trying to charge me for something i don't want refuse to talk to my husband when i am going blind and he handles all my business Dave is great person but Ron when he calls family he tells them your so far behind on something he has called my husband then turns around and calls me when i will not answer my husband gets all my calls im going blind he gets my money and takes care of bills explained to Dave he was fine Ray refused to talk to my husband again he does not talk to me nor my husband when we call we get told he is busy for a manager there is no way a manager is to busy for a customer all the time also got a fireplace tv stand was told 300.00 look up my contract i was charged 700.00
