Went in to get some stuff had all the stuff on the counter. When the staff member walks away from the counter and says one second. Walks 5 steps away from the counter to jump into a conversation about nothing and doesn’t come back to check us out. ?♂️

Some guys are nice, a few looks like they hate their job, I been a customer for a long time coming from Charlottesville where you have many locations to choose these is a game changer.I'll think twice to go here if I ever need help.

After tonight, I will take my business to Auto Zone and O'Reilly Auto Parts. After receiving a bad battery a week ago and the Manager Mark, exchanged it with a better replacement, I thought I had made the right decision to shop at Advance Auto. I was So wrong. Tonight I came in for a intake filter for my truck and I had my perk coupons with me to save a little (but not the case) I ended up spending more than what I came in for since the coupons had to have separate transactions. The Sales person(I dont remember his name except he was big and tall wearing glasses.) It was around 8pm. He offered to install the filter and I said ok, since I thought he knew what he was doing. I was wrong again. After about 20 mins of him struggling to get the filter installed, I told him to wait on the other customer and I called my sister who installs her own filters all the time. When I came back into the store I told him this is not working out and he shouted at me the entire time, he was very rude. I told him that I would not be back and he said fine. I then told him to refund my entire purchase and this time he did the refund in one transactionin which I did not get my full refund, he cheated me out of my full refund $17.74 was the entire puchase but I was refunded $17.61sure its just a few cents but its the principal of this situation.So I left drove to my sisters, she took one look and said its very simple the groves have to line up first then you can close and lock the clamps. 5 min's was all it took her. What a mess 45 mins at Advance Auto was a waste of time and money. Never again. I will be contacting Corporate not only for this terrible service tonight, but my sister also said the Newest battery Advance replaced is leaking on the top. I'm done with them and they will be getting the battery back as well and I will be refunded. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB.

Any time I've stopped at this location Mark Mays has always been extremely helpful. While they seem short handed, he is always respectful of people's needs and their time.I had a very bad interaction with a different Advanced location. I came to this location and the issue was immediately resolved. I never mind waiting because I know that they will make sure I have everything I need. They also help inform me of any coupons or promotions.Thanks to these guys for all their hard work.

If we could rate higher we would!!! My husband and I were traveling from out of state and our brake pads went out. The guys here gave us a discount on parts and also made calls to mechanics in the area. When that didn't work, the manager called an off duty staff who so graciously came to our rescue and wanted nothing in return other than a thank you. These gentleman really saved our butts and we couldn't be more grateful. Absolutely phenomenal service.

They violated of term and conditions of UberEats/Postmates delivery agreements terms with Advance Auto Parts Delivery. They didn't get attention to read the 3rd party on these computer orders through UberEats/Postmates driver was on the way to pick up the order items but Advance Auto Parts driver took over the items to delivered before UberEat/Postmates arrived too late. You, Advance Auto parts employees and manager are failure to follow ups the terms of UberEats/Postmates 3rd party delivery !!! In Richmond Virginia area has no problems with Advance Auto parts with UberEats/Postmastes to pick up the order items.
