    We don't understand how we can have an order out for delivery and then doesn't show up and you see were it is returned to the warehouse and you still don't get it for a few days why do we pay for prime service

    Literally the worse distribution center. Packages rarely show up on time if at all. And I've had sealed packages with absolutely nothing in them delivered. Ya'll need to do something about this crappy service.

    Good luck getting an order from this warehouse on time. Processing delays almost every single time... It's a shame you can't choose who delivers your packages, otherwise I'd choose USPS over Amazon delivery every time.
