They helped me when my cat had an open ear wound. He’s happy and healthy now.

Miss diagnosis on my cat and lost critical time to save his life. They wanted to put him down. I found a different veterinarian who diagnosed him correctly and saved his life.

I brought in a hunting dog that was in the middle of the road on a mountain. She had no dog collar but she was branded. She had open sores on her paws and was extremely underweight. When I called for the appointment I explained she was a found dog and when I got there no one explained the laws of finding a dog and what I needed to do before I could claim her. The girl just asked if we were going to keep the dog. Then I get a call saying the Dr said we need to post about the lost dog and which we had already done on Facebook the day we found her.We even had a bear hunter post since he knew a lot of hunters. They took it upon themselves to do a photo shoot like she was a show dog or a show cow and then post it on one of the employees facebook page not the office Facebook page. Spoke to the Dr that owns the the vet office now because I was told if some one comes to claim her the would have to give distinctive markings and the posted every angle of the dog. I just didn't want any person trying to claim her due to she had been through a lot. My only concern is the well being of this dog and for her not to go to the wrong person. No one fully explained the process to us and I found them very unprofessional. I have been with this vet office for over 20 some years but today was the last straw and moved my animal care to some other office. This place use to be a wonderful office and the friendliest front desk lady but not anymore. If you use this office good luck. When using their boarding services the offer a update call but they never call.

If you are looking for a small animal vet, Dr. Smith is your woman. I have entrusted my dogs and cats to her care for years, and never been disappointed. Her skill with fractious cats is fantastic. Great vet techs and the front desk staff are super nice too.

I take my dogs and cats here! Highly reccomend. Very professional, caring staff. They were so great when I had to put my cat down due to renal failure- just very caring for me and my pet.

I have liked this vets office in the past but their prices have gone through the roof. I took one of our dogs in bc he had worms (SPCA pup) and they gave him dewormer (of course) but also probiotics, antidiarrheal meds, anti nausea meds, and had me buy special food, also gave him fluids to the tune of almost $400. Then when I said no he doesn't need all of that they made me feel like the worst pet owner on the planet. Then when I called to see about getting another dog neutered (we have 2) they said it would be over $200. I understand being a pet owner is a financial responsibility but when puppy shots and getting them fixed is almost $700 you've gone too far for me and I'll have to go somewhere else

You would think you can rest easy while leaving your beloved dog or cat in the hands of thier veterinarian. Think again . One week away my dog has a raw wound on his leg . No remorse from this place. Please think twice when boarding your babies with this place. We will not place our dog here again and nor will they remain his veterinarian. Apparently speaking to other folks after the fact this has been.the history of this establishment.

Great people that take the time to treat my dogs like they were theirs. Prices are reasonable and they always seem to be able to work in "urgent" visits.
