“Rented a one-bedroom apartment from Red Top for over 7 years. I had great neighbors and no problems with the landlord. Things were fixed fairly promptly. Robbie (the owner) was always polite and friendly. Mostly retirees that lived there, but it was overall fairly quiet and safe. While not a luxury apartment, it was definitely a good value price-wise. Would definitely consider renting from here again.”

“Overall had a good experience with this management group! The tenant portal is easy to use, and its equally easy to get a hold of someone in the office. I had an issue where something that was discussed verbally did not result in an email follow up as I requested. (I should have noticed and followed up, but life got busy) However, when it came up months later, despite the lack of paper trail and no one in the office recalling the conversation, they ultimately honored what was discussed. If you advocate for yourself and take care of their property, I believe this is as good as it gets renting these days.”
