Koby was great making a VERY STRESSFUL THING ( to me I'm usually at stroke level when buying new phones ) easy... we had 6 lines to do and it was a calm and easy process... so that being said Koby was a 5 out of 5 !! On the other hand, I am VERY disappointed in ATT's purchase package per se' ... you pay over $1000 dollars for a phone, you open the box and there's a phone and a cord... no block to be able to charge the phone ... no earphones ... these are BASIC things that should come WITH a phone, especially at this price point ... the last phone we purchased from ATT, came with these very very basic items ... I think it's totally ridiculous and cheap of this company ...

Manager Colby (spelling) needs some customer experience training. When I went in to get a new Apple Watch he mentioned the B1G1 deal which seemed great but he failed to mention the activation fee on the free watch, and that the promotion wouldn’t go into effect for several billing cycles making my bill jump almost double. When I went in for an explanation there was no apologies for the lack of information at the time of purchase, no empathy, no anything. As someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years I am absolutely disgusted by the way a MANAGER handles his customers.

Went to the store around 11:00 a.m. the doors were locked and it doesn't look like anybody was in the store I don't know how often this store is actually open but I've been here multiple times where nobody has been in the store when they're supposed to be open I've also had horrible experience and things added to my account that shouldn't have been there you guys really need to figure this out and fix this

The manager Coby was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about his company and has done a very good job at training his employee Scott. Both of these individuals are very pleasant and I would not hesitate to visit this stellar location. I was in and out with knowledge and a brand new phone :)

Came from t-mobile with an awful customer experience situation, and came into this store expecting a similar situation. To my surprise the manager coby and his employee scott were very down-to-earth and very pleasant to work with, because of their exceptional customer experience and knowledge I chose to switch to AT&T and am very pleasant. Visit this location if you want a smooth transaction and amazing customer service.

I ordered iphone 15 plus, they ordered the wrong color(sent me a rose one) and i received no help to change the iphone they keep telling me to call customer service when is not my fault, even manager gave me actitud about it

Wanted to share my experience with store manager, Coby (sp?). Had such an easy visit for what can sometimes otherwise be an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, all these phone stores get a bad rap. Everyone goes in there all locked and loaded and preparing to be frustrated and/or bamboozled. Not so here! The manager was kind, patient, down-to-earth, and so very helpful. We got what we needed and were taken care of quickly. Things were explained in a way we could understand, and we're totally loving our new Air Pods :) Thank you so much.
