It was a decent enough hotel in a convenient location, but much of the first floor was carrying the musk of the indoor pool which wasn't ideal. The breakfast didn't have the greatest hot foods but it was well stocked and well run so i would give 4 stars for that specifically.

The elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. The ice bucket in the room had water in it from the previous guests melted ice. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The rug and the linens all felt damp. Not up to the BW standards we're used to. Breakfast was skimpy with few options.

The staff was great and very helpful and friendly. Very clean room and amenities. Only complaint I have is the elevator was out for our entire 3-day stay!
