Had to get a new phone today and Lia Got me a good deal on a new phone with accessories. She was very nice to talk to you and set my phone up in a timely manner and it was pretty cool because a lot of My app applications were already logged into with the transfer. She did a great job. Highly recommended.

Customer service from the employee sucked. Seen customers turn away due to rudeness. Not very confident in their answers and nothing but issues from the start. Seen the employee hang up on boss and the boss said “thank you very much” and he said nothing and hung up. Had to leave and port to another carrier in 7 days after non stop troubleshooting in store and over the phone and no resolution.Stay far away if you want good service. Would love for the store owner to reach out to me as I’m sure they would like to know things going on at this site that shouldn’t.

Switched to Boost yesterday but voicemail icon disappeared. Laura at the Tiffany Ave store found a usable icon, put it on my phone & I am more than thrilled. As an 80-year old who isn't that tech savvy and doesn't adjust to change easily due to vision issues, Laura saved me from a new problem. I commend her knowledge, friendliness and sticking with it until it was solved. Thank you LAURA so very much. You made my day++.

Laura helped me and was wonderful. She went out of her way to try take care of an issue that Boost Corporate caused by calling 3 different numbers on my behalf when she didn't have to. Then, when I needed to purchase a low-cost phone for someone else, she got me the best deal for the situation instead of the most expensive option to benefit her sales. Great job, Laura.

I had to get a new phone today from Boost. The cashier, Laurasteen, was very helpful and professional. She helped me find the best deal possible! I would recommend anyone to go to Boost Mobile on Lucy Lane in Waynesboro. Thank you Laurasteen!!!
