Been going there, For 50+ years. When it was Associated Physicians. Starting with Dr. Anderson. Then Dr. Stein. And now Dr. Young. All have been great and the staff over the years as well!

The support staff aka phone ladies. Are total BOH material except they don’t wanna work .They have an elevator that goes down one floor leading to a white scraped floor. Like someone dragged a bunch of stuff out real quick .Also , it’s uncomfortable and they’re all waffle inn material. You’re welcome.Go somewhere else .

Not even worth one star. My fiancé was seen this morning by Chris Hewitt, who belittled him the entire time and told him that he could not afford the care he needed. Needless to say, we will be consulting a lawyer due to this treatment. This man is in pain and just wants to find out why. Yet he is treated like a drug seeker, made a point to tell him he couldn't give him pain medication for the rest of his life. He doesn't want pills, he wants to know WHY it hurts and hopefully FIX it!

I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Ross actually delivered my son in 1983. He was my PCP until he retired. My mom was patient and received excellent care. My son and I see Dr. Young and he is great. The nurses have always been professional.

I don't want to have to leave a rating at all but it seems to be the only way to leave a remark. This place is a joke! It's not enough that I get dropped for being able to make it to my appointments due to extenuating circumstances but then I can't even get my prescriptions refilled?!! That is so unprofessional and dangerous depending on the medications a person can be on. I have had this happen to me before and it's really messed up!! No one even cared to find out why I didn't make it to the appointment and I did definitely call in time to let someone know thacouldn't get there but no one cared about that either!! Thanks a lot and I hope it comes home to you! So much generosity and caring insuch a shaky time, you just ooze with it,NOT!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee and Chris Hewitt and nurses Tammy and Sherry for well over 10 years now. They have the best bedside manner of any Doctors/Nurses I have ever had. They listen to all concerns and address as needed. Thank you to the whole staff I have had the pleasure of working with. Keep up the good work.

I will miss Dr. Taylor. He had a way of making me feel like I was talking to a friend.

Have been going to Carillion for about 10 years now. had Several PCPs over the years with them, the latest being Dr. Taylor. Other than an having To sometimes wait an extended period to be seen I have no complaints with him. I do, however have numerous complaints with the office staff. Some issues include waiting weeks sometimes to get prescriptions approved for refill. The last straw was today. I was notified by Dr. Taylor that he wanted me retested for PSA levels. I came in early to have blood drawn and Brooke, the receptionist said I was early for my Dr appt. I informed her 4 times I was to have blood drawn. She insisted I was to be seen for a review on my levels by Dr. Taylor. She then left to talk with the doctor and then his nurse. She returned and said they were both busy and I would have to wait. I explained once more that I was only to have blood drawn and that a visit was pointless without my results being known. She refused to listen or Send me to have blood drawn so I left. So often this is the case with this office that the staff cannot listen to what the patients tell them. I'm done with this clinic.

I have been with Carilion Clinic for almost a year and I LOVE it. Dr. Dunbar is amazing. She is so attentive and really listens to you. I would give this more stars if they had them. Everyone is so friendly there and I have never had to wait at an appt or if I leave a message. Love this place!!

Until now, I had only positive things to say about Carilion. However, recently, my elderly father took my 2nd cousin for bloodwork. The designated area to park for bloodwork is uneven and, quite honestly, dangerous for older people. They both fell. Carilion thankfully was able to assist them. My father had a bloody knee which they treated. My cousin hurt her knee and broke her wrist. Instead of going home, she will have to go to a nursing home to heal because my parents can't give her the necessary care she needs. I would ask that Carilion Clinic re-evaluate the designated parking for bloodwork and change. I don't want this to happen to another family.

I am writing this to tell everyone watch out for this nurse Emily Davis who is very nasty and rude. She is very unprofessional and hateful and has foul mouth. She has no education by all means. If you were scheduled to see her, you better cancel your appointment and request to be seen by one of their MDs. Carilion Clinic needs to put Emily Davis on probation, otherwise the clinic will be sued. She must watch out for what comes out of her dirty mouth, otherwise she will be reported to the board of medicine and her license will be provoked. I had never seen such an awful healthcare provider with nasty personality in my life.
