I had an amazing experience at the Old Navy in Waynesboro Town Center on October 20, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the store manager, Becky. She went above and beyond to help me during my purchase—offering several options to save money and even taking the time to price check items so I could get the best deals possible. Her friendly and professional approach made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Becky is, without a doubt, the best sales associate I’ve ever interacted with. Her dedication to excellent customer service truly deserves recognition!”

“The store is organized and has a little of bit of mess but not a lot. They have variety of clothes and different colors. They have plenty of dresses with different sizes and types. The prices for the clothes are reasonable. They have things for kitchen. They have shoes, furfume and etc. They have plenty of fitting room. The fitting room is mostly clean. They have restrooms. It is worth to go there. They have plenty of space in the parking lot.”
