Terrible service and never have anything ready when they say it’ll be ready, or can’t get meds until following day. Go to Augusta health pharmacy now!

Pd.11.99 and got the second one at half off for a well-known brand of candy. It was old got reimbursement for the the half priced item as it was unopened box. People not very customer service oriented as far as smiling and greeting. Nor very hopeful on original visit either. Fairly new in area had not shopped there before. May try another one. Would not have gone if I had seen the reviews previously.

Rude is the only word to describe staff at this cvs. I do everything I can to avoid using them unfortunately when I'm in town I have to go there.

Last evening 10/9/2023, I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was called in earlier and discovered the pharmacy closed prior to their posted closing time. I went in at 6:20pm. This is unprofessional and is not looking out for the priority of their customers and their prescriptions needs. Unfortunately, this is not the first time and overall experience has gone downhill at this location since COVID. Will be switching pharmacies now-they had enough time to get their act back together to assist the needs of the community.

The pharmacy has very rude staff and the drive through is never open. Every time I come try to pick my prescriptions up it is never ready on time and they claim it’s because they are “short staffed”.

I don't think they check their phones. My doc sent two orders for me and they claimed they never got it. They didn't even check their voice-mail for missed scripts. I went to a more helpful cvs. They were playing with my life for not checking their voice-mail.

This place is maddeningly understaffed. The few who are there are polite and professional, but corporate has them in a bind by not hiring more people. I feel bad for the workers and customers that need this critical service. Shame on CVS beancounters.

This CVS is staffed by the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff possible. I believe we should always give credit where it is due. That being said, as I write this review I am in my 37 th minute of listening to hold music and can’t seem to get issues with two of my prescription refills resolved.Shame on the CVS powers that be for the awful, very frustrating phone wait times and the excuse of them being short staffed doesn’t fly in my opinion. HIRE MORE STAFF!!

The workers were so nice and helpful!! I was greeted as I walked in, and the workers were so diligent to help me. 10/10 recommend, and I would definitely go back.

This was the fastest experience I have had there. Lindsey is an awesome pharmacist and the staff was super friendly and nice. Best visit I ever had.

I have been calling all day trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy to get a prescription filled and everytime I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes with no answer.

This is the worst. They never have prescriptions ready and the drive thru is just closed for no reason. Getting my rx transferred elsewhere.

There is ZERO excuse for leaving a call unanswered, during business hours, for over 3 hours, until closing, without so much as a “please hold” that Walgreens will at least acknowledge your presence with. Yes, surely understaffed like most healthcare places, I hope their lack of utter respect for others comes back to reflect their disgusting behavior and WASTING others’ time, when they NEVER had any intention of answering. Disgusting. I’ll be contacting corporate, doubt they care, but this is pathetic.

I was recently seen at Urgent Care for a respiratory illness. The nurse practitioner there called in 2 prescriptions for me at this CVS. Later that morning I called CVS to ask when they would be ready. I was told "around lunchtime" and that they would text me when they were ready. I waited all day and finally called again around 4:30.I waited on hold for about 20 minutes. Finally a woman answered, I assume it was the pharmacist. When I asked when the prescriptions would be ready she replied " when I get around to it, I'm short staffed". I feel that her attitude and rudeness were uncalled for. If this is how she treats customers perhaps she needs another line of work away from the public! It is now the next day and I still haven't heard anything from them.I have had problems before getting prescriptions filled on time but never with this rudeness. The rest of the employees in the store have always been friendly and helpful. But the pharmacy needs a makeover. Don't go there if you can help it!

Oh boy, I bought an A1c test at this CVS back about four months ago that was defective. When I bought the next one two months ago I let the guy at the counter know about it and he very politely told me if this new test was defective then to bring back the box and the receipt for a refund. Guess what, it was defective too. So you guessed it, I kept my receipt and box in my car until I had the time to stop by. That time was tonight and boy oh boy was it the worst case of customer service I have ever seen, let alone experienced. The lady being the counter actually laughed at me, scoffed several times, and kept saying how she was “just so confused” and how she “just really didn’t understand” why I thought I could bring back an empty box for a return. I wish I could adequately describe her attitude with me and her bantering. She called for the manager and when I told them what the man said a couple months prior, they questioned me like I was lying to them. They said no man like that worked there. They called another manager on the phone and came back to say they couldn’t help me unless the meter was in the box. (I was holding Karen back, she never comes out but she was showing signs of popping so) I then explained that an A1c tests your blood and it would be unsanitary and dangerous for anyone to bring that biomedical waste back to the stores. It’s also disposable and far long ago in the trash. They didn’t care and the lady continued to scoff. I got a backhanded apology from the “Manager” and she added that if I found the meter to just bring it back. I took my empty box and receipt and left. I tell ya, not getting the $50 refund was unfortunate, but the way the cashier reacted was completely unacceptable. And trust me, I’ve got a pretty funny sense of humor and she wasn’t playing around, she was just being rude. I just guess I don’t understand what was so funny and confusing. I’ll never go back there, and seeing their star rating, I can see why. I’d welcome a conversation with anyone from their management team.
