1235 CVS is the worst place ever!
They tell you one thing then another pops up with your prescription! I’m so done with them!!!

CVS at the West Broad location is a very nice store and pharmacy. They offered a wide variety of products from self care, home, and personal needs. I frequent the pharmacy a lot at this location and everyone has always been very friendly and offers knowledgeable helpful service - even when they are slammed with customers. As reminder to old and new customers, the pharmacy itself does close between 1:30-2:00pm everyday for lunch. There is plenty of parking at the front and side of the store. The West Broad location also offers drive through service. Please for effective and fast service for everyone have your barcode and method of payment ready, especially if there is a long line of people waiting, it’s just a nice courtesy and gets you through quicker as well.

In the front they are extremely nice and professional. The pharmacy is the problem. I don't know if their under staffed, but alot of the ladies are rude.

I left a voicemail, describing my concern, as prompted… whatever pharmacist or pharmacy tech is working (don’t even know who it was, as he didn’t bother introducing himself) says it’s cvs and he’s calling about the voicemail. Once again, I explain what I’m looking for, and he goes “we don’t have those” and hangs up. Not sure what kind of training they go through or who is being hired in the pharmacies nowadays, but I’ve had better customer service at the local fast food places! As a healthcare worker myself, I understand everywhere is understaffed and overworked, but there’s still a job to be done and you should still treat people the way you would want yourself or your family members to be treated! I wouldn’t want anyone like that caring for me in ANY way!

The store was clean and organized. I had a question and couldn’t find anyone to help me so I didn’t bother with asking after I searched around some more looking.
When I checked out, I waited for someone to arrive and it felt like an inconvenience. Expectations weren’t set high anyway so no biggie.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke! Trying to get a prescription filled here is like pulling teeth. I was told to that my prescription would be ready today (6/4), but when I showed I was told the pharmacist wasn’t coming in today. Hopefully my on-call doctor is willing to take time out of his Saturday to send the prescription to a different pharmacy.
