We had an unexpected roadside emergency on our way to vacation that left us with needing a new radiator and condenser. Draft auto was amazing. The service was top notch, the people were kind and helpful, and our car runs great! We have used them twice and have been extremely happy with the quality of their work. Draft auto is no doubt one of the best auto repair shops in Augusta County. Real, fun loving people work here, not mechanics who look and sound like they hate their lives and who are impossible to talk to. Staff is friendly, responsive, understanding and extremely helpful. Prices are more than reasonable. I recently got my exhaust pipe, PCV valve, valve cover gasket and alternator replaced here for a fraction of what it would’ve cost anywhere else; I guarantee that. They also replaced my girlfriends brakes, flushed her radiator and changed her transmission fluid. They do her oil changes as well. Any other problems that arise on her car or mine are immediately taken care of. This is also a great place to get a u-Haul. Accessories inside are cheaper than anywhere else. Lastly, this company doesn’t hide anything from you. They will take you back into the garage to show you what is wrong with your vehicle first hand. Can’t think of why I’d want or need to go anywhere else.Services: Brakes

Great shop. Honest and fair repairs. Didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed! Car is running great now after engine repairs. Was quoted 2,600 bucks from competition, turns out I didn't even need the repairs I was originally told. The guys down here did it right for right under 400 bucks. I spoke with someone who told me to come on in he'd help me with my u-haul reservation. Got there it was closed!! He only forgot one minor detail, they close at noon on Saturday.
